Theme options are not working. When I click on any theme option, nothing happens, I am trying to upload demo data.

Does this theme support lazy loading of portfolio items when using the page builder portfolio block? We have too many portfolio items and it takes a long time to load them all.

Hi, hope you are doing well. I’m trying to import demo data but there is no way to import demo data. I read the documentation but as per documentation there is nothing in working condition. Theme option is not working. Kindly please help me out with this.

Hello there! I was inspecting your awesome template through Chrome code inspector and noticed a small issue when using mobile emulator (also happens when resolution is <768px). Meet the team section seems to look wrong since the images (class=”tImg”) stick to the left side of the screen and all the team info & links disappear. Unfortunately I can’t attach a screenshot which reproduces the problem but I know you can easily find it yourself. By the way I really liked this template! Cheers and good luck

I just installed this theme and imported the sample data. However, several “pages” are not showing up. As you scroll down the “home” page, the “OUR PROCESS”, “OUR SERVICES”, “ADDITIONAL SERVICES”, and the the famous quotes before pricing do not show up. There is a problem with one of the blog post’s appearance and the contact form is missing. Please help. I’m guessing I may need to re-import at some time so what is the best way for me to remove all data before.

Hi I have just purchased and installed the Rival Multi Purpose Word Press Theme. ( 072fb1bd-4e68-433a-995b-91899d90d395 – 10 Nov 2016 REGULAR LICENSE) When I try to preview or activate it, I receive the error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” It looks like the theme has successfully installed and i can see it present in the theme menu from the wordpress dashboard. Export -> Import does not work. I tried to transfer the page from one server to another. Everything works, but the page builder data is not complet and the page is broken.

Hi Davis, I really love this theme and have used it a bunch. I had an issue with the page builder a while back and you fixed it for me. However, we just moved the site over to a new server and I think maybe the plugin (or something) got updated. I apologize. Any chance you could help resolve the layout builder again? Nice theme. Regarding the main banner slider. By default there is a grey filter on the photos (makes images with grey tone). Is there any way to removed this in the .css if so what part? I noticed the area in RGB but can you show me where to disable this grey filter. Hope this makes sense.
