Your layerslider is already active. You can just ignore that message in your dashboard. Since the layerslider came along with the theme that message appears in your dashboard, you can get the layerslider slider files from us when there is an update. I am currently working with two of your themes, Kids Life and Kids Zone and both are having the same issues. – www.mrsmandarin.co.uk
When I am trying to update the Logo Icons using the sizes that are shown below the upload box, nothing changes after I have selected save all.
I have upload png’s and jpegs just in case that was the issue but it still reverts back to the original icon that you provide rather than the one I have uploaded.

Hello and thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes desktop and mobile retina work fine but if i want to add it to mobile home screen then it still uses the image of the smiling kid with the orange top and green trousers, which is the default image. It doesn’t save the update if I try to replace that image of the kid with the logo for the company.

Hello again, No it’s not showing as it should. Perhaps you are confusing them with the other icons. If I go to kidszone/General and then Favicon there will be 5 spaces to enter an icon. The Favicon is fine and that works but the remaining four below the favicon do not change (Apple iPhone Icon, Apple iPhone Retina Icon, Apple iPad Icon, Apple iPad Retina Icon). This means that when I want to add the website to my homepage on my phone then all I see is the default image of the kid smiling in an orange top and green trousers. The same issue appears on your other theme Kidslife. I am using an Iphone and Ipad to test this and they both keep showing the default image. Hi, We are having issues with the theme not rendering CSS correctly on our new host. It works fine on the staging server in both IE and Chrome but when we view it on the live server, the fonts aren’t rendering correctly in either browser on some PCs but other PCs (like an old XP PC) they do render correctly.
Have also found that some win 7 and server 2012 PCs at various different sites will not render correctly but others will. Very random.
Have done all of the browser resets and clears etc but to no avail

By viewing the source code, your site seems to be using this stylesheet http://192.185.102.109/ ~singfor/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/css/style.css which is from the default wordpress theme and not from the kidszone theme. Please check this and let us know.

Hi … just a quick question. How can one modify the search widget? Right now, all it says is ‘Enter Keyword’ and on the button, Submit.
Without adding the title for the widget, is there anyway to update that text in the input field and/or update the button to say ‘Search’?

When users login using and write a incorrect password it’s just refreshing the page and not showing any error message.
We want the error message display inside the form so users know if they failed to enter their password. The theme have that notification?

It appears I have corrected the problem. I found 149px wide in the style.css sheet and made it 700px. Now the logo is nice and wide. I am having trouble with the slider, but will hopefully now sort that out myself. Again, apologies for the earlier confusion with the different sites, and thanks for your support.

Thank you for your response. Perhaps I am misunderstanding something. The logo I have in “Logo” is 350px x 58px. The logo under “Retina Logo” is 700px x 116px. I have also included the large dimensions in “width” and “height” of standard logo. I have removed both logos, and re-uploaded them again, but the little one still shows. I have tried swapping the large and small logos around, but that didn’t work. I have removed the logo in ‘Header Image”. I have cleared browsing data and tried Safari and Chrome… Using Chrome’s element inspector, the logo shows as 149px x 25px… I hope this information helps. Thank you for your support.

Hi, I too am having issues with the logo of the Kids Zone theme. I have made sure the retina logo is twice the size of the regular logo… The logo shows up very small for some reason.
