Unfortunately, there is no room above the header bar of the horizontal style. Maybe we add another header design in the future.

i can’t find add sidebar to single product page. It’s hard to manage products when we have to add a lot of products if we not using woocommerce.
and another thing, why we have to add related products one by one. i want to choose all products in the same category.
How we can fix this problems?

http://docs.rtthemes.comThe sidebar only works on the horizontal menu. When you use the vertical layout you have to use the visual composer sidebar module element in a page or post.
But products have a fixed hardcoded layout and they dont support the visual composer elements in that layout.

i am using horizontal style. i see the sidebar for single product, adding widgets but there is no any effect to single product page. There is no any settings on theme customizing menu.

Hi there, I have a question. For portfolio items, when it opens the photo in lightbox, it doesn’t scroll to other images (right or left) while is open. Is this the normal behavior of this lightbox? Is there a solution for this? Thanks

If you are talking about the portfolio listing page? Then yes the lightbox does not scroll to the next image of the next post. Each lightbox is for the item it is clicked upon.

Hi. When I have 2 shortcodes on a page it works fine, when I try to add a 3rd the page is grey and shows the spinner and nothing else. Any thoughts? Thanks

The spinner normally indicates a missing image or incorrect image url. You can turn off the loading effect an view you page in IE to find the broken image.

The homepage has a search ability which searches also for matching data the products in the theme products CPT. You can extend the serach abilities by using a plugin that also searches for string values in the custom fields.

If you want to use a woocommerce product search you can add a woo search box widget in a sidebar and or recode the sub header and add it in there by some code.
This tutorial explains how to recode the subheader area where the slider is and add some extra code of your own.

Hi guys! Firt of all, thank you for the template, it’s awesome! I need an answer! I’m a webdesigner and I need to put some “schema.org” markup in the text of the site. I inserted some of them in the footer widget without problems but when I need to put them inside the text, in a “text block”, the composer erases them automatically! How can I do? Thank youuu

The theme does not erase code from a text block that element is from the visual composer.
Try the raw html element instead of the textblock.
Or insert a sidebar module with that textwidget into the visual composer at the location where you want it to show.

The templates are buildin. You can use the build customizer to adjust the colors and stylings.
You can use the visual composer to alter the page content and order of the items within.
Its a wordpress theme, not a html theme.

You did not tell us what you have modified so i cant answer your question.
All demo content is included in the download from themeforest. You can setup a wordpress test site and import all off the demo content of the skin of your desire and inspect how stuff is done.

Where can i translate “Read more” for the blog listing page… the “Read more” is not in the .po file

the theme does not use “read more’” but Continue Reading. If you see ‘read more’ in your frontend then its coming from a plugin and not from the theme.

The theme does not have vertical separators. Where did you see that in the demo content?
The header can be adjusted to a fully editable header area using the forum tutorial.

If you go to the demo at http://rttheme19.rtthemes.com/ and look at the ‘OUR NEWEST PRODUCTS’ section at the bottom of the right side of the site, there’s a vertical separator line between the text and the product showcase carousel.

1) I cant answer that as i dont know what you want todo with your website. The plugins that come with the theme you dont need to buy. Visual composer + Revslider.
2) Yes as long as you update yourselves. If we need to update the website that falls into paid support. But you can easily update by ftp upload yourselves.

Hi, love the theme and don’t have anything negative to say.
Although…
I have created the website http://thefpc.net on a subdomain, after uploading on the clients hosting the website seems fine .. until I make any changes in the ‘customize’ section.
When I do make changes (even the simplest typography change) the website goes crazy. The body background disappears and the page layouts go funky.
I have had to reupload the website 3 times but can’t make any changes which I need to.
When the theme does go funky it looks right in the ‘customize’ window but when viewing the front end the website appears all wrong.
Please, please, please help!!!
