Is it possible to change the title/heading style for sidebar widgets? Cant the sidebar background color be changed?
I’d like to change the color of the copyright bar in the footer -but that is not available in any options, I assume this has to be done by editing the theme directly?
I have asked other questions previously which since I have resolved most of them.

Hi, how can i change the color of the link text. Right now it’s looking exactly like the text around it so the link can’t be visually seen. When you hover it the cursor changes and the link is working, but how do I change it to how a link usually looks like?

Working with this theme now and it works just fine, thanks. Have 2 remarks/questions:
1. The page builder works well for experienced users but most clients aren’t. So for them it’s real hard to work with this since there is no editor like basic WordPress has. For example: if they need to make a paragraph they need to put in the p tags, or to make a list they need to know the ul tags too. Or am i missing something?
2. Why are there no lists styles available for the li?

1) Yes that’s what i mean. 2) I think this problem is connected to the first one, there is no list style available at all, as fas i can see.

1) Okay so conclusion is that this theme is hard to work with when using the visual builder and having not much knowledge of HTML.

1) I know it’s not simple but imo a nice theme like this needs a proper HTML editor otherwise you are neglecting the WordPress as the best CMS around. So i hope i give you something to make your work better. It’s certainly meant constructive form my part.

I’ve noticed that you’ve just rated the theme 4 stars. Could you please help us do your rating again to be 5 stars? This is very very important for us to continue develop the theme better and better. As you can see, the theme has 26 users give it 5 stars. And it’s in the top now, but when it’s get 4 stars from you, it’s disappeared (As it will be died). I think you can see this is a very good theme. So we need 5 stars to continue put more functions to improve it. As We have promised you about WYSIWYG in HTML module. We’re doing it, but there are some problems that we cannot release the theme at this time (Because it’s really not an easy job, so we need more time). So, we hope you can consider again. Sorry for getting back again, as you can see the theme is very easy to use but just the custom HTML module is quite hard for the beginner. As you can see the name, it’s “custom HTML”. We create this module to help the developer easy to put their idea to the website. I found the following CSS when looking for reason why my pages don’t show any thumb images (using Firebug):
.hide-thumb {
opacity: 0 !important;
}
and
.sink {
opacity: 0;
}
When I change opacity from 0 to 1 (using custom CSS), the thumbs show up ok. The default should be opacity =1 isn’t it? Or do you know where in options I may have inadvertently set this to 0? I looked but couldn’t fine any settings.

If you don’t have a plan to use a site background, please setup your site as the wide layout. You can enabe wide layout in Theme Options -> Site Layout -> Wide
If you just want to use boxed layout and remove the gap from the top, please add this snippet code to the Custom CSS field

About the question to change the size of the h2 and h3, I think the best way to do this is add your desire size by CSS code to the Custom CSS field in Theme Option, you just need to use the inspect element tool of the browser to find the class name and apply your css code to change its size. Currently I only see the possibility to enter HTML code and thats not so cool. And I have some problems with the white space between the h1 and the navigation at the front page – how can I delete it?
Do you mean the text-editor-area is the WYSIWYG? If so, we will consider to add it to the pagebuilder, and let you know if we decide to to that.
About the spacing between the h1 and the navigator. I guest you are using the custom HTML module, in this module, your custom HTML also need your custom CSS. The theme cannot cover the CSS code for this module because we cannot know how the HTML code that the Editor put into it. In your case, you can add this snippet CSS code to the custom CSS field in theme option to adjust the margin of the h1

Hey, just a question regarding the font-size of h2. I found out that the class name is “main-title”. Now I tried this code:

I want to have the size in both classes 28px for the h2. Where is the mistake?

Yes, you can use a child theme to change it without editing the theme files. You just need copy category.php and put to the child theme folder. Then edit this file. When you done, please email us your site address, I will give you a snippet css code to style for the new h1 headline

I understand your situation, but you know, there is no way to have a field that allow you to put the php code in the Theme Option, and I suggest that after edit the footer.php file, you should backup this file and replace it each time you update the theme. You know, if I do hardcode for the theme as your request, I’m afraid that the other ones don’t like that , it’s really hard to satisfy everyone. So, please understand for our situation

I do have another question. I want to use the a tabbed widget in the sidebar that needs to call 3 javascript file like so:

This image size will help to improve the overall look/quality of the module. I mean that if the feature image display exactly 329×223px, the image will be blurred because the lower quality. But I can sure that this doesn’t make your website slow because each image 620×420px just larger than 320×223px several kb. But if you want to display 329×223, it’s very easy and we can help you do that but we don’t recommend this

1) If you go to “Posts” – “Add New” – “Featured Image” Then you search for an image, it will give you 0 results. If you go to “Media” “Library” and search for an image, it will give you 0 results.

Hello. I just bought the theme had the following error when trying to activate it. Tried it on two separate servers and got the same result.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /wp-content/themes/sensetheme/inc/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1140

The server is running 5.4.38. I tried downloading again the zip file thinking maybe it got corrupted during the download. No luck. I uploaded again using FTP and through CPANEL. I’ve installed several themes from Themeforest and haven’t had any issues. So this seems pretty peculiar.

There are 2 ways to update the theme that you will not loose your settings.
1) You can update the theme directly from your dashboard by using Envato Toolkit Plugin
2) Manual update: We recommend the safe way to manual update our theme is switch to another theme like Twenty Fourteen, then delete the old Sense theme folder. From this step, you can upload new version of the theme by using .zip file or upload extracted folder to your wordpress/themes/ folder on your host. After that, you can switch back to Sense theme.

Another brief question (I hope) – BlockQuotes
I use a lot of quotes on my blog. The current typography only allows customization of the text (unless I’m missing something).
I’d like the BlockQuote to look different, now it’s overwhelming the posts. I’d like to have it indented, a light background, and text no larger than the regular post text. Is there a way to do any of this?
I couldn’t find it in the regular customization.
