Yes, we don’t have premade the Dutch translation. You have to import the language and translate it yourself. You can download it here https://www.prestashop.com/en/translations
Prestashop default already translated 99% for that language.

Its a very good Theme but you need to do some Modules possible to translate , as Blog , testemontial …etc please very important for Seo and for All !
