Yes, the theme comes with the files to import demo content and theme settings. Yet please note that all the images in demo content are substituted with placeholders.

We haven’t checked WPBakery Visual Composer compatibility with the theme, that’s why don’t ensure its full compatibility (though our support agents have seen some sites using mentioned plugin) and haven’t compared all the options with the ones from our Visual Content Composer. To see how our composer works we’d advise you to watch some short screecasts for one of the previous themes, it’s built on the same framework. For Finance Business theme basic idea is the same and besides we added lots of new options. Here’s a video for shortcodes and here’s – for section options.

There’s no ready translation for French or any other language, but you can easily add .po and .mo files on the basis of .pot file available in the theme. You just need to follow quite simple instructions from documentation to create them.

Yes, the theme gas everything to work with rtl languages. It includes a rtl.css file that is used when us use a rtl language. As to the builder – it includes a custom Cmsmasters Composer plugin, that works as a visual builder for your website. Please let me know whether this is what you mean.
