We’re interested in purchasing Eco Nature but need to confirm if it works with a particular plugin. Has Eco Nature been tested with the User Profiles Made Easy plugin (UPME)? If not, are any buyers using UPME successfully with Eco Nature?

1. On the homepage from below there is a countdown timer before action. Actions manage to be adjusted, and here is how the timer to me vivest? There is no short-code for this purpose and any instruction.
2. In news and the Laikas projects are put only once, deliver to the second anybody can’t, even from other computer and other IP. As to correct it, restriction in only 1 like isn’t enough, it is necessary that all could estimate the project.
3. The file of the translation works nekoorektno or the directory for this purpose is not there. You in a template have a file of the .pot format, I made of it the translation of a template, having kept in the .po and .mo formats and loaded on the server into the same directory where there was a .pot file, but already with the names ru_RU.po and ru_RU.mo, but the translation didn’t earn, so all and remained in English. I tried to shower in other directory, in the root of a template the languages folder and all the same appears nothing.

1. If you’re referring to the countdown on home page of our demo – it was added with the help of Events Pro plugin, that should be purchased, it’s not provided within the theme package. More information about creating countdown timers can be found here – click to proceed.

3. Translation .po and .mo files should be placed exactly in the same folder, where .pot file is located: /econature/framework/languages. In case they still aren’t working properly, please describe this issue to our support agents in your request as well.

Is it possible to get rid of the icons on blog posts or change them? the icon thats next to the date and the featured image on the blog pages? Looks like little TV or mountain etc..thanks

We’d advise you to disable all non-theme plugins, remove any coding customization that might have been implemented earlier and then check the site again. Our Eco Nature demo is displayed normally on iPhone 6, so unmodified initial theme should be shown properly as well. Hello. I am seriously considering purchasing your theme. One item I had problems with when testing other themes is the ability to change the height of the logo/nav header space. Can I do this on your theme by increasing padding or margin?

PayPal payment system is already available among others as you can see on our demo and besides it can be selected as the only payment method – that can be easily done in WooCommerce settings under Checkout tab as shown on the screenshot.
Though there’s no such ready functional for donate button placing, similar result can be reached by using our Top Short Info field – it allows to insert HTML code, so a button linking to a donate page can be placed in header area.
And as to the logo and navigation header height – it can be managed via theme settings, there’s a certain option for this purpose, please click to see.

I have tried the RAW HTML plugin to prevent this and it’s not working. I tried using custom HTML in the content composer and the tags are still being stripped. I DO NOT WISH TO USE WOOCOMMERCE for a single product for my client. Hello. Apparently Wordpress does not allow the use of embedded forms in posts. I found this on Wordpress.com of all places: https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/get-paypal-button-code/
You have to use the email link to enable users to click through and complete a purchase at Paypal. I just wasted hours on this issue. Hope this post helps someone.

Please make sure you unzipped main archive containing demo content, archive for the theme installation, etc. and there you can find How-To within Docs folder as shown on the screenshot. Documentation is an index file in the Docs folder, please open it with your browser. And after it’s opened, you can see various sections as well as Demo Content chapter.

I found it… but whatever I tried I can’t make it work. I set my file permission for wp-content to 777, followed all the steps but I only get “Sample Page”. At Tools – Import, I do only see “WordPress” (bottom of list) and not “WordPress Importer” even though the plugin is installed and activated. When I use the “WordPress” option it seems like it works but then I don’t see any content/pages added. I also imported the txt file properly but nothing… I tried with the Boxed theme.
I tried again. Double checked everything, file permissions are set to 777, all plugins installed etc. But whatever I try I can’t get the demo content installed. After I use WordPress Importer I get a weird (broken) page:
Then still the only page displaying is the “Sample Page”...
Am really looking forward to start customizing the theme, but can’t get the demo going to start with…

We’d advise you to use Events List widget available in Appearance – Widgets once The Events Calendar plugin is installed. It can be placed any where on page via Sidebar shortcode from our Visual Content Composer. Events won’t slide as there’s no such option, they will be displayed in a row. We haven’t experienced such issue earlier and the problem doesn’t occur on the latest Eco Nature theme version, that’s why there’s a need to examine your case – please submit a personal support ticket for further investigation. There might be a problem with image size and title (for instance, it shouldn’t contain multiple hyphens) – our support agents will see what causes a problem.

Now I have bought the template and inserted the demo content of the one page design. While I would like to have the demo content of the boxed design. When I enabled the boxed design everything one-page appeared to be boxed.
Is their any chance I can have the demo content of the boxed design with the wooden background and the slides?

You can clear the database and upload demo content, theme settings once again, but for the boxed layout. In such case you’ll get the look of our demo boxed version and at the same time you can change content a bit and elaborate one page layout, that’s quite easy! To create one page site please first of all add your content within Visual Content Composer and settle id titles to those sections, that you’d like to have “anchors” – please see a screenshot. And then use the title names in menu items in such format.
Or you can proceed with the current content, upload slider for the boxed version (it can be found in demo content folder) and contact our support team to get image with wooden background.

I have some questions before buy it. 1 – In portfolio, in “Project details page” of item, can we put a “slider” in place of the image? 2 – In the “Project details page”, can we write a big text under details ? 3 – Is an item of portfolio may refer to a other portfolio? 1. There’s no such option exactly for slider, but it’s possible to insert slider (made with the help of plugins) to content area, it will appear right below the project image.
2. Would you like it to be placed right under Project Details, in the same column? In such case we can advise you to fill in Project Features 1 Title (even with HTML tags to increase the text size), just please note, Project Features need to be added as well, please see a screenshot. Or simply insert the text to the content area.
3. You can apply several categories to one project, then it will be possible to make the project appear in different portfolio shortcodes by selecting different categories for each one. Hope my explanations are clear, please don’t hesitate to ask further questions if they occur.

I can’t get it done! I prefer hosting with bluehost.com and due to that I managed to install the wordpress site to my domain direct from my cpanel when I uphold the file via wordpress dashboard I get error 500,, and when I use the file manage I get white screen of death please help me out
