Hi there,
We are using the latest version of the theme and see that the Visual Composer plugin bundled with the theme is many versions out of date. The theme is bundled with v4.5.2 and the latest is v4.6.2.
We have noticed that we must use your version bundled to have the row element “Has Container” checkbox, when ticked, work properly. When we tried with Visual Composer v4.6.2 our row content was not displaying in the container as it should be doing.
Do you anticipate releasing an update in the future that will work with Visual Composer v4.6.x? We are hoping this will be available soon. Visual Composer v4.6 was a large update with a lot of fixes and I’m guessing it is not compatible with your Media Center Extensions plugin (v1.2.4 at the moment).

Thank you for reaching us and for your understanding. The problem with “hover” trigger is that there is no hover action in handheld devices and hence there is a UX issue with hover on handheld devices.
Currently I am working on a plan to allow hover only on desktop and all other devices will have only click trigger ( which will be touch on handheld devices). However with click trigger the top level menu item can only be used as a trigger and not as a navigation item. So its a call of the users and I am trying to include that in an update.
However if you have a decision, I will implement it for you when I am back.

Hey Ibrahim thank you for the reply. But I believe you misunderstood the problem. What you are referring to is an old ticket I had raised, and to solve the issue of hover on mobile I created a new menu for mobile (I am glad to hear you are working on a plan for a special menu! I think that would greatly enhance this theme and I would be very interested in using it).
Ok so back to the issue…. When the navigation menu stacks and has two rows, nobody can access dropdowns from the top row. This is because the dropdown menu gets pushed below the bottom row parents, creating a gap. The hover chain becomes broken when the user attempts to mouseover to the dropdown. If you see the image I attached it is better explained. http://postimg.org/image/q559319z3/
Example: In the photo, I attempt to access the “reflector” dropdown menu. It is impossible to access because the mouse passes over “harvest tools” thus breaking the hover chain and closing the dropdown.
Understand the issue? That gap needs to be closed i.e. the dropdown needs to be layered on top of the bottom row of parent items. I believe it is a theme issue but I could be wrong, I have made many customizations to the theme I have lost track.

Regarding your issue, yes I can see what you mean. The “hover” does play a part here. The hover on the elements of bottom row triggers its submenu causing the dropdown on top row to close. There are more than one angle to solve this issue. I will write you a solution after a little testing from my side. Thank you for your patience. I really appreciate it. I have tried various angle and it is not possible for the theme to know which menu items are in top row and which menu items are in bottom row.
There are only 2 ways to resolve this :
1. Use “click” as dropdown trigger. In this way the dropdown open’s and closes only on “click”. Like I mentioned earlier, I am working on disabling hover on all handheld devices because there is no “hover” in handheld devices.
2. Change the breakpoint at which the navbar collapses.

I ended up solving with some custom CSS. Using @media for the size of 1024px (this takes care of 12 and 13 inch displays which is where I was having issues), I adjusted the top-margin on only the effected menu items in order to close the gap. A bit tacky but it works for me. Thanks for your time and pointing me in the right direction!

We want only the “default price” to show on the product thumbnail in our shop (for variation products). How can we achieve this?
currently it shows like this Rs.30,000 – Rs.45,000. We only want the Rs.30,000 default price to show. Once the customer clicks and opens the product they can see the variations.

I’m currently developing a site which uses WooCommerce Product Add-Ons to offer customers upgrades in specification of PCs (HDD, RAM etc).
Would this theme be able to present all of the product add-on options?

Also would it be possible to display the add-ons under the product photo rather than to the side. That way the descriptions of the add-ons can be longer and the page would flow better if there were a number of them.

I have run into an issue with the theme and how it styles buttons. On variable products that are displayed in widgets, the classes for the buttons are appearing as:
button product_type_variable
The other products where the buttons are styled appropriately have the following button classes.
le-button add_to_cart_button product_type_simple
I am not sure if I should create new classes for the variable product buttons or if I should just edit the template to add the “le-button” class to the button. And if so, not sure which template file would need to be updated.
Any clarification you can help with would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, is it possible to see alternate product images when hovering on a product image in the categorie page? So let’s say i add an additional product color to the image gallery and want to see the second image from the gallery on mouse over. Is that possible on the product category page and product page?
