I already tried to follow the guide instructions: install plugins, import zip file with properties, but during import I caught some errors. What requirements for the plugin? I checked under latest WP version 4.3.1

Hi everyone! This is the first time I work with a theme from Themeforest and I do not have words to describe how lucky I feel compared with working with other providers. This help from the Suppor team is amazing.

i’m gonna start changing some colours that someone asked me. i have experience editing styles.css in wordpress, but when i have to modify php files i am a disaster.

The link is catalanways.com and this questions concerns just to the flags located at the top-right side. They all are white. I guess it is an element, repeated four times. I’m afraid i am not able to change the php code to separate these four elements, and give them different colours (not all of them white). i have not accedeed to the dashboard because someone else is doing this job, but he does not how to solve these issues and they came to me asking help. I can help them with almost every issue they told me, but not with this one.

My client wants to have a real estate website portal that local estate agents can register to the site and pay a monthly fee to advertise and list their properties. He would like it to be very easy for the agents to list their properties.

The list is as follows: – Easy uploading properties – forms with checkboxes? – Uploading property photos all at the same time (Drag & Drop) – Preview Photo Before submitting the property? – Video Player for each property? – New agents should have to register with us as paying customers before allowing them to submit their properties? – Search function must search by country, province, city, price and type of property – Option to block an account of an agent that isn’t paying monthly fee – Each property listed must have its own unique nr / property code? – Agent’s Logo to display on the property thumbnails – Special Ribbons over thumbnail Ex: Sale bargain – Fully Responsive? – Colour Customization?

Another important question: Please elaborate on how the new agent registering will be paying. Could the following be possible: With Regards to payments for new agents. Please explain how this works is the following way possible: We offer our registered agents different listing package options where they are allowed to add from 100 – 200 property listings at a certain monthly price and then 2001 – 400 property listings and a higher price etc. So could we rather ignore the PayPal subscription setting in the registration/submitting form and just allow them to email us to confirm their subscriptions and we deal with the payments via email using EFT / Debit Order? Then the admin will allow them access to add the allowable limit of property listings? Or is this not possible, must they submit each listing?
