Hi there,
I am using the font impact in my headers. For some reason this font only dispays as bold no matter what weight I set it at. My other fonts seem to work fine.
Any idea why this is happening?

Hi, it is something related with impact font itself
for some reason videos are not playing on mobile( one page)this is in the gallery part of the page not the top of the one page. is there anything we can do to fix that problem?

when you open a video from the gallery on the mobile. when someone clicks on the picture and the video pops up and you press play the video starts to pay for a couple of seconds and then closes.
please update to latest version 1.0.7 since that version this problem fixed
Hello. In your demo, Home V4, you have 3 price tables. I only have one, and it Then get showed in the left of the page. I tried making 3 columns where 2 was empty, and the middle one contained the table, but that did not work. Do you know if it is possible to center this? I’m potentially interested in purchasing this theme. But I wonder if you can slow down the things that move on the first page? Meaning, the boxes with words that first appear? They just seem to move too fast for me.
Is that an easy option to change or would it involve needing to change the code? This is on the Top Menu Version too.

Hi smith0jennifer, I guess you mean a words on slider? If so, sure this is famous layer slider which allow not just slow down words, but a also tons of other features.

Hi Sergej, and thank you for purchasing Mentas theme!
Visual composer is standalone plugin, which can work with almost any theme, including ours. We didn’t try that for gallery post, though you can try it to see. As you know in VC settings you should specify in which post types to enable VC
All images come from Featured image of gallery post. If slide then it is inserted in gallery post description as media gallery

script in single work uses layer slider, but pictures taken from gallery post.
So i cannot make a page with the “full size page with slider 2” layout and determine other pictures than the featured of gallery posts?
Except featured image you can also insert pictures from media library as gallery in description

You can set sidebar to be open always, but in smal screens it will be closed because of not enough width space
Yes I Know, but where can i change the settings? I want it to be open up to 800 px width.
Appearance / Theme Settings / Layout tab, Container width: 1200 or 960 px is minimum which you can set, because of 12 column grid.
Also in Appearance / Theme Settings / Menu, under menu bar settings there is option, make sure it is checked – Always opened on big screens

This is Wordpress native feature, not related to our theme. Though I checked in our demo and see that one song when finished another one not begin auto. Maybe you added extra parametr?
I looked at wordpress.com forums and it seems that there isn’t a way to disable the looping of an built-in audio playlist. There is a loop option to a song but no to playlist.
it loops infinitely through songs and it’s inconvenient for us to force a user viewing the page to turn it off.
If i install an audio plugins the look of the site remains? Have you any playlist plugin sugestion?

We didn’t try to use another player, need to look in google, I hope there should be other player plugins for wordpress

I received notification the Mentas template was updated. I purchased the template for a client website which is currently live now. Is the update important or can I continue to use the template I purchased in May of this year.
If you didn’t modified any core file, you can update it, please backup your theme before update.
Info: I can not open your examples (on d.azelab.com/mental/Demo/intro-wp.html) on my iPhone 6 (Safari, iOS 8.4) to check some responsive effects in demos, just black screen (edgewise and landscape modus). The only demos shown on my iPhone are the two WOOCOMERCE examples.

hello , I need to fix mobile view look like ipad view , because now the theme is difference but why difference ? header background on ipad or pc is Black but header on mobile is white, If I use logo white is good on pc or ipad but nothing on mobile. pls fix it

Gallery expansion is cutting off text…
I took off the “read more” under the gallery options. However, the text is being cut off as though it was still there.

If you have long text, then place that text into Excerp box which is in the bottom of gallery post page
