When I go to my portfolio page all the text turned invisible unless you highlight it. And in between all my content is “hidden formatting”. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

License code is in your receipt, we only sell this theme on Themeforest so you probably bought it here (but not with this account since you don’t have the purchase badge).

I actually bought it at Mojo Marketplace- it was back in 2013.
This theme was released in 2015 so I don’t know what you have bought in 2013 
Mojo Marketplace gave me an email to contact the author so hopefully they can help me resolve the issue.

Hi,
Revolution slider comes with the theme yes and we update it on regular basis. You can’t activate it without your own license (but that just means you can’t auto update it from plugin settings and you don’t have access to some premium demo sliders, but of course our demos are all available).

I’ve installed your theme but the sidebar looks off – can you explain how to fix this? It’s not detailed in the documentation. I’ve tried messing with the theme settings but this unstyled left-hand sidebar remains on a single post page and doesn’t appear at all on the Home Page.

you mean if it is still supported? Yes it is and will be supported in the future also. I recommend using plugins for this.

Before purchasing, does this theme have the option to do Vimeo/Youtube blog posts? Or is it mainly just used for text posts?

you can have video posts and you could also have videos in the slider as we use Revolution Slider. Would you like to have videos somewhere else?

I love the theme, but the little social media sharing deal (Recommended, Share it, Tags) on the edge of the blog pages overlaps onto the text of the blog which makes it difficult to read. Is this something that can be adjusted?

this can easily be removed yes. It’s an issue on smaller screens as it overlaps to the main page.

Hi! we are interesting in this theme. i would like to ask you if the front page is set as static page or latest posts. I am asking this because yoast dont recognise the next pages as unique canonical links and rel prev next links when the front page is set to static page, even though there are lots of pages with posts. home page is set to “Your latest posts”. It’s the same in all our blog themes. The content above the blog is added via theme’s options and then a standard blog follows.

1) Do you have category slider (categories of posts) that can be add to homepage? 2) Do categories have featured image to be showed at each category page? 3) If no to previous questions, can you point related plugins(category slider, category image, recent posts) which you assure works robust within your theme and fits your design?

1. no, not a slider that would pick up posts. The slider is revolution whic can also picks up posts, but the styling would be default from the revolution slider.
2. Not sure if I understand correctly. Featured image can be shown on the blog page yes, you set that in each single post individually.

WordPress.org does not have the plugin Alpine Photo Tile for Instagram you suggest needs to be installed. Solution?
Appears all referring downloads for this plugin are removed or not functional. Also appears there are a lot of reported issues with the plugin failing.
Getting access to your forums is an infinite loop. Tried to sign up, no password assigned, requested password, but it sends me back to sign up again and again. So frustrating…

Number is #64882 This has been by far the worst support response time I’ve had to date and documentation that lacks specifics. Dropping this theme, and WOULD NOT consider the extended support for $13.20. Hard to be productive with a theme when you have to wait so long for a reply. Shame because I really liked what I saw out of hundreds of themes we considered.

it’s weekend, you send a support ticket on Friday, and support will answer on Monday. Our support does not work over weekends. Also about the question, in the files you downloaded there is a directory called Recommended plugins, you will find the instagram plugin there.

Yes, but if the plugin has been pulled from the public, then the question falls on the security of the plugin. WordPress has grown more and more open to attacks, I believe it’s important to select a plugin where the developer plans to have some shelf life to the product. I loved this theme up front, just ended up disappointed all said and done.
