1. It has never been tested with WooCommerce, so we can say that it is not compatible (although it will probably work, we can not offer support regarding WooCommerce),
2. No, it is unlimited.
Hello, can you tell me how to disable the AJAX loading on this website? I’m having complaints that it’s loading slowly. Or if you have any suggestions to how I can speed up the page loading process that would help too
Hello, it is not possible to disable AJAX. You can try to use smaller images (jpg with higher compression) and check browser console for errors. Also, check your hosting, maybe it is something else slowing down the site.
I saw a comment where you suggested #boldPreloader{ display:none; }, tried it and it works for the most part. Definitely much faster now. However when I keep flipping through pages I still get the loading page at times (maybe once or twice), is there something missing?

Hi Nice theme… I have few questions… 1. Since we are in Paints, so we need different options in calculator, is it possible ? 2. We also want that at the end of the quotation, it should display number paint material used for painting… Is this possible ?

Yes, you can change the options in the calculator according to your preference as long as it follows similar logic as the one in the demo – the value of the filed is multiplied by the field item price and added to the total.
Unfortunately, the calculator can currently display only the total price at the bottom.

I would like to use demo paintingandtiling.wordpress.2015-08-28.xml, but it looks like these demo isn’t import properly.
There is no page. If I use other threes demos which are included, there is no problem and it works ok.
Do you have any advice, because the main reason for buying was “paintingandtiling” demo.

I did it.
Having some issues with testimonials, the scrolling doesn’t appear to be consistent with the sizes and scrolling. I’m not sure if I’m doing something incorrectly. You can see it here http://rdgsanday.com/testimonials/
I tested in IE, chrome and safari and they all have the same issue. It also starts with two testimonials highlighted. Any idea on what could be causing this?
It’s because different height of individual items. You can try settings height of all items with custom CSS to the value of highest item.

Thanks for the reply, I did it myself. To help anyone else out with the same issue I used this CSS (you’d need to adjust it for heights to suit your testimonial sizes)

An the issue with the multiple markers flagged as active was due to the fact I didn’t have enough to fill up the screen so the testimonial I was on was represented by multiple markers above it.

I use the child theme but style.css doesn’t seem to override parent css. For example I want to make the height of logo 70px and use the following css but nothing changes:
img.btMainLogo { height: 70px; }
My child theme contains only style.css.
Try to add this custom CSS to Customize > General Settings > Custom CSS:
img.btMainLogo { height: 70px !important; }
Also, Icons don’t work in IE(9,10,11,Edge)

Sorry but we can not reproduce the issue, all icons are visible in IE as you can see here: http://bold-themes.com/ie.png Also we never had such reports regarding IE. Maybe there is a problem with your browser (e.g. some add-on)?
There are issues with loading in IE (10, Windows 
, the site sometimes stops rendering js files and leaves the site blurry and un-navigatable.. any tips of how to fix that?

Hi, I’m really interest on buying it, I just want to know if there is an option to put icons instead of pictures, for example, on the services section. How much can I customize it? I love the structure but there are some parts that I would like to change

We are sorry, but we are not sure how to help. Can you please rephrase the question? Reconstruction does not contain WooCommerce support – but you can always add it on your own relatively easy (based on Reconstruction css) unless you require heavy customization of WooCommerce’s default layouts.
