MVPThemes has done it again. These themes just get better and better. Take it form me, an expert magazine theme developer. I know when I see good work, and this is absolutely it. Beautifully simple yet extremely powerful.

You are the man, IndustrialThemes! Thanks a ton!

Hi tangy,

What browser are you seeing this in?

Scratch that. I just found it and fixed it!

Was using Firefox. Cool.

Hello I just purchased your theme and as I can see there is a big problem with infinite loading. The update of url is wrong! Could you please help me? You can also see this issue on your demo site

Hi djacid,

Unfortunately, due to a javascript conflict, I wasn’t able to get the sidebar to function properly in the auto-loaded posts, so I did not include it. It may be something I revisit in the future, but for now, that’s not a feature of the theme.

Ok, I will try to find a solution by myself. Is it possible to tell me which file I have to edit to parse sidebar on ajax posts? I have already edited single php file, but next posts don’t contain sidebar.

Hi djacid,

You can find the code for the next posts in the content-partial.php file.

i Loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this theme….. its a Must Have for Me. Prefect for my Dream Project, been searching for Weeks Now looking all around Theme-forest but now i Found You. Nothing Like this Theme.

Visual Page Composer Available?

Hi calibus,

This theme has not been officially tested with Visual Composer, but you do not need the plugin in order to create everything you see in the demo.

Great… Great… Great… Good Job.

Awesome theme, Good luck with sales :)

Thanks, Templatemesh!

It seems like a great theme. I wouldn’t use the automatic article loading. Noticed the inspiration on the design clearly from espn.com, but more cleverly managed. Congrats.

Hi Bloomland,

The auto-load feature is optional and can easily be disabled from within the Theme Options.

Hi,

Is it possible to have the theme with just 2 colums ? I really like the post template 3 but i would know if i could have it in two colums with just the right sidebar, not with the sticky ad.

Also is it possible to have related posts instead of auto-loading posts at the end of the posts, the autor box and the comments like a traditionnal theme (not load in new windows) ?

Sorry for my bad english…

Hi Guideduchien,

The middle column with the ad is completely optional and is actually not enabled by default. You can certainly just have 2 columns for your posts and the homepage as well. The “Latest News” column on the homepage is also optional.

The Auto-loading posts is also optional, and while I don’t currently have a Related Posts option available, that is something I could certainly add in a future update.

As for the comments, the pop-up feature is only available when the Auto-load posts feature is enabled. If that is disabled, the standard comments will appear on posts.

Thank you,

And is there an option to have the author box at the end of the post like your theme “Osage” ?

Is it possible to have logo next to leaderboard like theme “Osage” ?

And the theme can be boxed with a smaller layout (for two colums using) ?

Hi Guideduchien,

I do plan to add another logo option next to the leaderboard, but the other 2 are unfortunately not features of the theme.

Is this theme speed optimized?

Hi tangy,

You can certainly disable the sticky sidebar ads and make them display as standard sidebars.

The Auto Loading posts feature essentially replaces the Related Posts feature given that then both serve the same purpose in terms of keeping the reader on the site with more content. But I do plan on adding the Related Posts in addition to the Auto Load feature.

Can we have just two columns on the homepage instead of three?

Hi tangy,

Yes, you can easily disable the “Latest News” column so that the main content area is wider.

Awesome! Good job.

Three things: (a) Can I disable the top bar showing the NFL stats? (b) Can I have sliders in those featured areas below the leaderboard ad area? Instead of just static images. (c) Can you make a specific modification for me? Instead of loading the “next” article automatically, I want the site to begin loading from the most recent article on the website, and going backwards from there – when a user arrives the page by clicking a link.

Can you do any of the (b) and© modifications for me? Please let me know ASAP.

Hi ancel,

A) Yes, the scoreboard is completely optional and is actually disabled by default.

B ) This theme does not come with sliders, and I would not recommend using sliders on your theme. Here is more on why sliders are actually not good for your site: https://yoast.com/opinion-on-sliders/

C) I was actually thinking about loading the most recent article and not the previous one, so this is on the list of potential updates.

AWESOME theme! A bbpress and buddypress example? Thanks!

Hi delafies,

This theme has not beeen tested with BuddyPress, but here is an example of the bbPress forum: http://www.mvpthemes.com/flexmag/forums/

Hi , Amazing template , good luck for sales , any chance of HTML version ? I will buy right away if you have HTML version .

I am a PHP developer so how hard on the scale of 10 it will be to convert it to HTML . I have never worked with wordpress themes

Hi kodeinfo,

I think it’s impossible to give you an accurate rating since I can’t know your exact level of expertise, especially if you’ve never worked with Wordpress themes. But it’s certainly possible with the right experience.

Hi on your MLB or NFL can this be used for say soccer scores?

Hi promotecasino,

Yes, the scoreboard can also be used for soccer. The format of the scoreboard will stay the same, but you can enter any teams/sport/scores you want.

Wow!!! Awesome work. Good luck with sales!

Thanks, AloisFN!

Hello! Can i disable auto-load posts in this theme?

Hi WordpressPhoenix,

Yes, the auto-load feature is completely optional and can easily be disabled from within the Theme Options.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but when I hover a link with a sub level in the navigation (for example: features), I can see the background of the menu scrolling down behind the score board. This is the case on Safari and Chrome on a Macbook. In Firefox however this is not the case…

I can’t see any icons

Hi TheWhiteHoward,

I just made a change. Try clearing your browser cache and reload to see if the icons are visible now.

You did it! Nice one man!

Hey! Very close to buying your theme. But have a question. I put the video in the post? Or is there any house developed ‘feature video? “

Hi AlexanderMJ,

Thanks for the interest!

I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking though. In order to feature the video in a post as is shown in the demo, you will need to insert the video Embed code in a box on the Post Edit screen. You can also use the standard Wordpress video embed feature to insert the video URL in the post, and it will be displayed within the post body.

If that doesn’t answer your question, give me a little more information on what you’re looking for and I’ll see if I can answer your question.

Just what I was wondering. Thanks! excuse my bad English

language support is there ? editing language from the panel or do you have a manual ?

Hi fybii,

This theme comes with translation files (.po/.mo) that will allow you to translate the theme into any language.

Congratulations Great work , Good Luck With Sales :)

Thanks, Bdayh!

Very nice work GLWS :)

Thanks, joomlastars!
