No you have not responded; we have not received any emails. Can somebody please respond or just give us a refund. We cannot work like this. We buy lots of themes with great support. So far yours has been the worst experience for support. Either give us support or a refund! And yes the email address is correct.

I have contacted you directly on your email address. I get a response asking me what my issues are. I send the information, then I get nothing back. I send more emails and get nothing back. Why are people not answering my basic questions? The last time I was getting no response, I thought it might have been an error with emails; however, this is not the case. No one is responding. I just had to set it to default template – sad I would have to waste a bunch of time to create and account to contact support when you could have just said that.

This is one way, you can do this step. - Pages > Edit your Home page that you have set as the front page > choose the page template as default template instead of the home template.
