Suppose i want to update the revolution slider plugin. Then should i uninstall the old plugin or delete the old plugin from plugin folder. Then i have to install it from your new theme bundle.If so then what will happen of the slider that i configure in old revolution slider. Should i configure it again in new revolution slider?
Hello,
You just need to upload the new plugin package via FTP to replace old folder. The second way is to export settings from the configured slider and import them to new slider as you said.

Velo also have a lot of features that we didn’t include in our demo since we want to focus on woocommerce.

I was trying to install the WP theme and stuck with some issues on few steps while following installation process.
while doing the step – “Import Widget into WordPress” – I found “widget-export.wie” file missing, I downloaded the Plugin “widget-importer-exporter” but still could not find the file .
help to solve this issue at earliest.

We have function import widget that you can click Appearance -> Theme Options -> Backup Options -> Import Widgets (button)

Hi there. I have just registered for the support area however i am unsurw how i am meant to send a ticket. The forum doe not cover (at my view) the issues i am having with this theme, 1 – The revelation slider is not working (error message = Revolution Slider Error: The param navigaion_type not found in slider params.) 2 – the page editor and classic editor do not work as expected. If i try edit via classic method it does not allow you to select WYSIWYG elemtns (such as shortcode) using the visual composer also does not work.
I am using google Chrome!

Hello, I installed this theme and plugins as in install manual. However when I hit Install demo data, all goes fine, says everything was installed, but no content is present on page. It just shows 404 page. I wanted to try add Sample data myself, however these are not in provided zip archive. What should I do? I want some sample content so I can build my site from it. It also says something about old template files for woocommerce. Thank you
