First of all I am loving your theme and I finally am able to have a website that I wanted. However I am facing a small problem. I am using a plug-in called SportsPress, and while on the front-end it doesn’t have a problem, there are a few problems on the backend. For example, I am unable to add anything to the navigation menu right now.

Can you please help me with this? I would appreciate any help. If needed, I could compensate you for your time. Please let me know!

Those errors are related to your theme goblog-child-theme. Unfortunately, we cannot provide high-level support for third-party plugins/themes that we did not write and that our staff has little experience with. We are, of course, happy to install any approved configurations on the server.

My advice would be to contact the plugin developer. Especially if it is a premium plugin/theme, part of what you paid for is the developer’s support. He or she will be able to provide much more succinct, effective advice than we will.

Hello. I don’t know if is only a my problem but with 1.4.5 version the featured image in Home screen continue to take dimension 570×365 with class “attachment-featured570 wp-post-image”.

I’ve had a notification about an update but it is not available in the admin. I have entered the correct licensing details. Also, I can not see any release notes to see what has changed. Any thoughts?

Also, retina logo is not working. I have customised the css slightly because the logo was too large on mobile and covered the menu icon – but i don’t think should make any difference. I think I have done everything correctly – http://www.costadelsolinvestor.com

Your update’s release notes suggest the prior existence of a Feedburner widget (I never saw it) and its replacement by a MailChimp widget which appears to be more vaguely titled “Subscribe Widget.” You only provide a “MailChimp Form URL” field for that, which evidently parses the destination for ONLY its e-mail address query, ignoring any other fields including such critical information as the subscriber’s name. Is that a permanent feature limitation? If so, I won’t be using your widget, but rather the other options available to WordPress installations, and I think the same is true for most users. Thanks.

We have purchased the Go Blog theme and tried installing it. But the installation failed. Following is the error message we got -

Thanks first of all for your job. With the last update 1.3.4 seem that the box search located into the Media section (when you Add new media during post digit or to go directly to the menu Menu) doesn’t work. I’ve tried to change theme and work. I’ve tried to use GoBlog theme and disable all plugins but nothing.

I was just wondering if all the widgets available are customizable in terms of placement? Example: can I place the Subscribe Widget at the top of the right sidebar if I wanted to?

Also, is each individual post customizable in terms of post format or do we need to select one for the blog as a whole?

Couple of questions – is it possible (without CSS hack) to:

- Change the colour of the tagline when it is on? - Change the size of the logo for mobile device (my logo is wide and overlaps the menu on mobiles when in portrait (tested on iPhone 6 Plus)

I would like to ask how is it possible to reduce the height of the “featured image” on a standard post on the homepage. Currently the height is set at 250px but it is a bit too “big” and the excerpt is shown entirely only after scrolling a bit.

Is this possible ?

I’ve chose and installed GoBlog theme. It’s really nice: clean, simple and considered. As far as I live in Russia, that’s fine to get cyrillic characters at all theme items. Unfortunately some of them still in English. For instance, ‘Read More’ and ‘Subscribe’ buttons, ‘Leave a comment’ and ‘Written by’ points. Is it possible to solve the problem anywise?
