hello!
mailchimp uses 600px, how is it handled?
how can I change font on the builder?
is possible to edit code on the buildeR?
thanks
Hello, Mailchimp uses the width which is set in the html file, it doesn’t change it, ie if you uploaded the template of width 800px it will remain so. Today we’ve added some changes to the editor. Now there is an option to change the font from the standard set – http://prntscr.com/99tid5 and edit source code for text elements – http://prntscr.com/99tj2x but you can’t resize images and change other code.

How do I upload images, seems all that is possible is to self host those images, but hoping you upload and then when exporting for mail chimp to simply have images included in upload file to mail chimp! ???
Hello, We don’t upload images to our server, there are only our demo images. All of your images have to be in free access (for example hosted on your own server, image hostings) and links should be set as absolute paths that point directly to that server. Regards, web4pro

Can I not change the blue background color?
Hello, Thank you for your purchase.
The background color for email you can’t change via builder. You can change it in the code when finished working with a template and export it or send us and we will change color for you. If you choose to do it yourself you should: 1. change color in line 21 and 39 http://prntscr.com/8kxxp8 2. change color in line 137 and 138 http://prntscr.com/8kxxyz

Awesome! Thanks! I’m sure there was a way, but I haven’t gotten that far to the code yet. Thanks for the prompt response!
Also, with the mail chimp integration – should I build in the builder, or export to mail chimp and build? Or is it about the same thing?
You can build your template in our builder and then export it as mailchimp or html version and upload to mailchimp. But please note that the template used retina images and the mailchimp’s editor removed attributes that specifies the correct width of the image so they must be set manually. How to do it is shown in the video about mailchimp from the documentation. But if you are not going to edit a template using mailchimp’s editor you can just upload the finished HTML version of your template. In this case attributes for correct width won’t be removed and you will not need to configure anything manually.
25 modules ! Wow ! Good luck !
Thank you
Hi there. How do you change the typeface in the editor? Since some email clients only support the basic fonts, I’d like to have control over what font we use. Thanks!
Hi PattyB22, You can not change the font family by the editor, only the font size, font style. The email clients that don’t support custom fonts will be displayed the Arial font.
