Yes, we have the field ‘room amount’ for each rooms and it’s actually being counted. When the room is full, it won’t show when guest searches. However, we don’t have it in calendar view.

1. We don’t have calendar to show the booked dates. However, after clients select date and the rooms are full, it won’t be available to book.

2. we don’t have selling feature.

3. we don’t have the long/short term pricing as well. We only do have seasonal price so it’s kind like a suit to hotel/hostel rather than this

4. we don’t damage deposit as well.

Well, You need to know that the most important part of site speed is mainly from web hosting ability. And it also depends on some more factors such as internet speed connections, location of access, speed of devices etc…

Anyway I don’t think plugins will do anything about site speed(except plugins that is not good implemented.) and in our demo, we use very few third party plugin and it’s all popular one like contact form 7, google map. That’s all. Others will be our own plugin ex portfolio, hotel, importer but these will be able to used in our theme only. It’s an Envato regulation to create custom post type as plugins.

However, note that it will work with only our theme. It’s not a third party plugin that use with other themes.
