Hello, please comment on your author account name, our supporter can see and help you better. We recommend to you clean up the content of your site, config theme, modules etc.
1. Clean up content, database : images, content, data hidden… 40% speed up site
2. clean up config : in plugin, theme options, pages options.. 20% speed up site
3. clean up code: plugin, modules, and theme style : 20%
4. Update theme, plugin , use 3rd plugin support: 15%
5. other else 5%.

Can’t understand what you mean, this is my account name! 1. What do you mean for hidden data? I’ve already deleted all demo contents 2. Unused plugins are already disabled. I’ve used theme and pages option to design my contents, how can i “clean” them up? 3. same as above 4. The theme and used plugins are updated

I am receiving a consistent white screen when I clear the cache. The colored footer section is there, no content. No content on the page. So part of the theme is loading. This seems to happen If the cache is cleared manually or with the cron. Since the content is removed I cannot log into the site. Please advise asap.

I’m trying to utilize the Drupal shortcodes for the Gallery that can be found on this page of the demo: http://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/Drupal/corporate/content/gallery
However the shortcodes are not working on my site. Are there any known issues with this or are there specific modules that I need to have enabled to accomplish this?

We think you don’t enable Gallery shortcode to work on your Text Editor. You can check at there: Administration » Configuration » Content authoring » Text formats »Full HTML And scroll down and look in the tab “Shortcode”. check and enable the gallery shortcode

or you can download theme from TF then replace files theme via ftp manager

that keeps resizing my logo.
Could you please tell me if it’s necessary? Can i remove it without compromising any function?
I need to control the exact size and margin of my logo.
you can delete it. also make sure it will not auto update your code
