I see there’s a lot of questions about the new version (1.2).
If i understood right,you built it from scratch? What’s the difference between 1.1.3 and the new version? I can’t find a changelog of any kind so i would appreciate some info.

Exactly the template was created from scratch, below are some changes that we have introduced.

Please explain how to update from 1.1.3 to 1.2
Unfortunately, but as we wrote earlier – the template is not compatible with the previous system. There is no upgrade options. Best to install wordpress from scratch, and upload a new template. This is the final version will not change the framework, we will only make improvements.

This is a problem Cufon fonts.
1. Download the latest version Pendulum 1.2, unzip and copy the fonts from the directory ’/styles/cufon_fonts/’
2. Copy this fonts to your theme folder /framework/theme_scripts/cufon_fonts/
3. Choose font in admin panel and press save

thanks, I had to install the full theme, only the fonts didn’t work. BTW that gave a set of problems (images of events are gone).
But that’s not a big deal, what I did notice was that the comment_time wasn’t correct. A comment that was posted on 15:00 displays for 11:00 and that isn’t because of the time-zone. Do you have a tip for me?

Hello, As we wrote before the template is not compatible with previous versions. Therefore, errors of which you write can appear.
Do you have the timezone set correctly, you will find it in WordPress -> Settings -> General -> Timezne?

Hi. I wonder if anyone is having the same problem as me. I cannot seem to get any login widgets to display fields properly at all. All fields are all over the place and mis-aligned and I have used 6 different login widgets and used all positions too.
Hello I am just starting out. I loaded the theme, but all I am seeing are the Posts. I am not sure how to edit the page and add the featured image widget and to see the other parts of the layout. If you just started customize our template then use the new version 1.2. Watch screenscast which are in the documentation, they will help you to learn your template.
The upgrade is the same way you originally downloaded the first file. Right under the price on top on the right hand side of the screen. that same ‘download it here’ link, gives you the new file.

Is the background customizable, for example chould I add images, logos and text? And what format is the background if it is an image?
Hello, You can customize logo in Photoshop, then you can upload it through the administration panel. You can change the background in the CSS file.
So 3 days later, thats about 60 days+ now and the 1.2 update for the theme is still not available. Our business website has been down for a unacceptable amount of time. I feel you are taking advantage of our patience, £35 we spent on this theme and its been buggy since day one.
How can I download the new 1.2 version of the theme including all installation documentation? The link to the preview is nice however its useless to me! If i download 1.1.3 version the future events/past events bug is still there along with a few others and I’m not about to work on the site and for you to release the new build.

How do i make the font on the Homepage under About Us area bigger? I already tried using command but it doesn’t work..
If you mean the intro, you change it to on the page with homepage template. If you mean the place of under the slider, you have to manually change the template file.
@MikeMike017 I’m on the same boat, waiting forever for this update. The weird thing is, people keeps buying the current theme, not knowing the shortcomings of it.
Rascals, I need an answer regarding the 1.2 update. Is it awaiting Themeforest approval? Are you testing it for bugs? I purchased your theme over a month ago, thinking a MAJOR update was coming “in a few days”... A few days has turned into 35 and we’re all still waiting… I would have purchased a different theme had I known the update was going to become “vaporware”. There are many natural, “common sense” features that are missing in this that the 1.2 update is supposedly going to rectify. Please, give me a straight answer with a month and date that you guys can stick to! PLEASE !!!

Hello MikeMike, Template is nearly finished, today we put a demo on the server. Tomorrow record screencasts and change documentation. To speed up the release of version 1.2 – more accurate screencasts append later. We upload a template on Friday to TF, we do not know how long it will wait in the queue (max 48 hours).
