Please can you tell me the difference between RT18 and RT19. We previously purchased RT 18 for a client which works well. We need to do a similar type of site for a different client.

3) rt19 has two design styles for the menu (vertical and horizontal), rt18 has two menu styles horizontal.

My friend is using your rt 19, he asked me to buy from here but I found from his site there is a problem related to products category, the categories can’t be ordered(assorted) as per intention, eg: I want it ordered A, B,C, D but it ordered like C, B, A, D according to my insert time(date), and i just want to show parent category ABCD onto widgets(sidebar, footer), but son even grandson category all show out like Aa1Bb1Cc1, since we have more than 5 parent cat and 10 son cat for products, it’s…..

Forgive me for being blunt but It looks like you are already using the theme? If so post the questions on the forum please and or use the envato account the theme has been bought with to ask questions in here.
You can use a different contact form plugin like CF7 or Gravityforms that have such abilities.
The ordering is based on time insertion. But you can always create a custom menu with your categories in the right order and insert that into a sidebar.

We purchased this theme a few months back, but with maybe some updates, things look a little different. Our slider seems to show slides coming in from off the page on the right and I believe icons were inline with the headers in the grid below the CTA or was I imagining that?

It looks like you have customization in place and customized the theme. Did you also update the theme extension plugin to the latest version. See link below on howto do so.
I have checked the problem in your website and in order to resolve the issue I want to ask you to check all steps below as one might be causing the problem you are expiencing. This will speed up the process of resolving the problem and or narrow it down to the actual cause.
1) Make sure you have a complete backup of your current wordpress install and database. Your hosting CPanel or admin area will probably have a option to create such.
2) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You can check that at themeforest at the account you bought the theme with. If you are using the latest build please try to download the latest version again and re-upload the theme by usage of ftp upload overwriting the one that is in there to rule out any wrong theme code.
3) Undo all hardcoded theme adjustments (php, html, or css)
4) Remove any (manually) added (java) scripts in the theme settings, theme core files or widget area’s
5) Turn off the child-theme
6) Turn off minify and/or cache plugins
7) Turn off all your plugins (except the ones coming with the theme) and see if the issue resolves.
Check if the issue occurs in all browsers and if possible on mac or windows and on another pc.
9) Check if the issue also occurs in the default wordpress theme when its a plugin related issue.
10) Check the server error logs on serious messages and or contact your hoster to check that for you.

There is no Revolution Slider sample for the demo 8. We only used the default content slider for the demo page http://rt19-demo8.rtthemes.com/home-page/ But you can use another sample from another demo such as Demo 7 if you want to use revolution slider.

That’s why we always recommend child-theme usage to whom planning to change core files. http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/tutorial-how-to-create-a-child-theme-3/ Unfortunately you’ll have to check and redo the changes after you updated the theme. But if you didn’t change any core file you don’t have to worry about it. Customizer, theme settings etc. will not be lost after the update.

It looks like you can only change things in customizer once. When you save & publish the settings, if you go back in, it resets.. Am i correct? Is there anyways to get around this, so it doesnt reset every time i want to change something?
Most probably you are getting a php warning or error when you save in the customizer. Since the customizer doesn’t return the ajax error we don’t know whats happening . (We have reported this to WordPress team) In most cases increasing PHP memory limits resolves the issue https://wordpress.org/support/topic/increasing-memory-allocated-to-php-1#post-5508744 If not, please create the forum thread so we can take a look it for you. Also, please disable all your plugins temporarily before the test to be sure there is no error/warning message throwing by a plugin.
There is no warning or error code, it just resets all changes made to the layout and design.. Ill make a thread in the forum. Thanks
Please increase the PHP memory limits first because you can not see the warning/errors in the customizer.
The host doesnt allow increasing memory. At the moment it is set to 256M, would that be enough?

Your theme looks amazing. Our company will soon buy your theme, but we have some request for you, which I hope you will work on in future updates.
1. We talked about this in the e-mail, but do you think you could work on some way to put icons in your menus. It could be a menu with an icon and a menu headline after that or just an icon.
2. In the contact section could you add a little space where people can type their e-mail and get a newsletter? Then the admin could create a newsletter from the backend. A lot of themes got that feature. I also hope you will make it.
3. Possible to add a video in the header. That could be great.
4. Make a section on a page where the company can announce events.
5. Could you create a member area where people who has bought product from a company can register? Then they could maybe submit their invoice number and they will be a member. Then they could be able to chat or video chat with the company. It could be great.
I hope you will work on our suggestions.

1) The menu system support icons and menu labels. For the icons part it works the same as in rt 18. It is documented in our forum http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/rttheme-18-menu-tutorial/ and also in the online documtenation of rt19 http://docs.rtthemes.com/#article-11306
2) There are lots of newsletters plugins which a llow such and which are visual composer compatibel. Once they are you can add that signup into any page.
3) The header can have a revslider and that can have a video. You can add only one slide
4) You can sectionize any page and add any content even events if they allow to do so either by shortcode or by visual composer element. The events plugin you want to use determines if this is possible. However the event plugin you want to use are unknown to us nor did we test any such plugin in our theme,
5) I have never heared of such plugin that can do so. You should drop that question at the membership plugin builder as waht you require has to be supported by that plugin abilities.

Hi there. Excellent Theme. I found a bug I guess. When I remove the Menu Item Border Color from the Top Menu in the Horizontal Layout, after saving, I get it back in its default color… There’s no solution to that. Same happens if I want to remove the Active Menu Item Indicator Color.

You can turn off the loading effect in the customizer settings. The google fonts can be disabled. You can load your own webfonts.
Loading of Gmap is disabled in the customizer in the latest build.
