Hi,
I’m having a few issues with Revolution Slider on Internet Explorer. I see the Revolution Slider version on your theme is still 5.0.5 but I have other themes that are already on 5.0.9. and I dont get those issues, so I assume it was fixed on newer versions of the plugin.
When can we expect an update to Revolution Slider from you?

I have now updated to 5.1 version. But I still have a problem.
When I go to “Add Slider Template” it doesn’t let me import any of the free templates. I get the message: “This feature is only available if you activate Slider Revolution for this installation”

Hi the website takes very long to load, also if I add a mailto href in the slider main page it thinks the website is going somewhere else and it throws the loading screen.

We recommend to you clean up the content of your site, config theme, modules etc.
1. Clean up content, database : images, content, data hidden… 40% speed up site
2. clean up config : in plugin, theme options, pages options.. 20% speed up site
3. clean up code: plugin, modules, and theme style : 20%
4. Update theme, plugin , use 3rd plugin support: 15%
5. other else 5%.
At the basic level, this theme will require the following conditions:
Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7 PHP 5.3.x MySQL 5.0.4 or higher WordPress 4.0 + Recommended PHP Configuration Limits: Many issues you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can contact with your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum or You can do this on your own by finding php.ini file in your root directory as follows:
max_execution_time 180 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
And don’t forget always update theme and extensions.

Hi Purchased this theme for our current project and we like the theme option panel which has a good variety of settings to customise the theme. My question is do all your other themes have the same option panel? The reason I ask, is for speed purposes it would be easier to work with one developer themes, if all your themes work in the same way. Regardss

look, i am not sure what you did but my site is messed up with top sections, titles etc. each time you change something and effect other sections and this is exhausting. we already have enter much info and change it the way we like but with your help but now the top section for each page is different than the other page.

I know the background color is set to #daeff2 and it works. But every time I add a row, the background for that row is white. The background color option for that row is empty by default.
This means that if there’s a background color change in the future, we have to go to every row on every page one by one to change the background color.
To make it really simple. This is all I want:
1- By default, a row background color should be transparent.
2- A way to make a cover background image aligned to the bottom that is not overridden by some other existing random css

Thank you for your support. Adding .vc_row-fluid {background: none !important;} to the custom CSS fixed the background color for all rows.
And I finally managed to force all background images to align to the bottom of the row with this .entry-content .wpb_row {background-position-y: bottom !important;}

anything i save in the Option Panel i get: There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.
This theme obviously has many problems and unfinished sections. Home content in each box disappears without any reason, each time you save anything in the Theme Option it shows an error message.
Whenever I edit the Pre-School or Nursery and After School Boxes then the text within gets lost and images won’t show! Many other issues!....
