Hello… My name is Tamika and I have the Aurum theme … I am not able to receive payments via paypal …. whats happening is my customer gets to the point of having to enter her password for paypal then paypal says the password is incorrect … I’ve done it and it does the same thing .. but … if i go to paypal outside of my website directing me the password works fine. please help

To use your site in two languages you will need to get a translation plugin, we recommend the WPML plugin which is premium but any other free plugin can work too, the theme is translatable so there isn’t any problem with any plugin.

Hi,
I have purchased and installed the theme on my site as a test for the moment. I am trying to find out why I cant have user register on the site, I have a customer login option, but nothing where a new user can register as demonstrated on your demo site.
I have all the required plugins installed, and I have re-installed the site several times over.
Can you please advise as to why this could be happening?

Thanks for this great theme. I chose the Fashion template and import Demo content and now I would like to have more information about how I can have the langage switcher button in the top menu. I only did the settings on the theme options (Top menu bar > widget Langage switcher for right links) but nothing has appeared.
What do I have to do then? Do I need to buy and install WPML to make it works? Do I need to make changes in the Appearance > Menu > Top menu?

To make your site bilingual you will need to get a translation plugin and we prefer the WPML which is a premium plugin, you can also have another translation plugin but I don’t know how it will work with the theme.

Hi there, I recently purchased your Aurum theme (7a266b0f-a44b-430d-9d49-ba3fe629bcbb) and I am currently customising the Jewellery site optioon.
on suziplunkett.com where it is hosted, the footer seems to have developed a mind of it’s own, do you know how this could be?
I am currently waiting on my host Dreamhost to edit the max_execution time etc of the Phpinfo file as directed in your documentation, but would any of these settings affected the importing of the content or CSS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for an excellent theme!

Firstly thank you so much for purchasing Aurum theme.
We suggest memory limit to be at least 64M but if you can increase it to 256M, and max_execution_tim to 180, then try to import the demo content.
These settings are just used to import demo content, then you can switch back to the previous php configuration values.

it says 4 but it shows 3. the fourth one drop to the next line
the options are 2 , 3 and 4. i picked 2, and 4, doesnt change it always displays 3

The LayerSlider is included within the theme, you didn’t have to buy it, you could install it from Appearance > Install Plugins and update the theme from there, we have released the theme update yesterday and the latest version of the plugin is included there.

We use social icons on the Theme Options
Social icons can be used as widgets then with the shortcode.
They can be enabled to appear on Single Product

Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support. Specially Visual Composer.

Sorry about this issue, it is as result of Visual Composer new update. So please go to Appearance > Install Plugins, and then click update Visual Composer, this will fix your issue.
Alternatively you can download this file:
http://drops.laborator.co/1ht3e+and replace it in /wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/lib/visual-composer/ folder to get rid of this issue.
Note that you need to update Visual Composer to latest version available.

P.S: You are using an old version of our theme (2.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.6), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hello! I am thinking about purchasing your theme to set up a site that would focus on t-shirts that would be available in multiple colors and styles per design. Would your theme be able to display images of the shirt on the product page linked to the style/color the customer selects? (Perhaps that is part of what is possible using a Variable Product) I didn’t see that demonstrated in your theme, so wanted to check. Thank you!

very nice overall, i want to make my top menu bar to stick while scrolling down like the header does. Although there isn’t an option to do that through the admin panel and i am having a little trouble with the css coding.

So the bug was this “when you have an image zoomed and then click on the navigation arrows on the gallery image it keeps the zoom state from the previous image loaded”.
