Good day. Just bought poison theme, implement it to a website, and I have some questions and requests, if you please: - Need to translate to other language, tried WPML but it’s not supportef. Can you recommend me a working translate plugin, please? - Need to setup a woocomerce shop on this, but it is not supported. Is there any options we can do that? Other plugin, maybe? Or are you planning to offer support for woocomerce soon?

Hello, I have some questions about this template. I use index.html. When you put an picture on the background, this picture wil not resize on mobile Phone. The template is full responsive? If i turn the Phone to landscape, the template will not resize. How can i get this working?

I did it using the browser but when I tried to paste it in the child theme it didn’t work. Where do I post it in the editor section? If so, where exactly. Can you send me detailed step by steps on how to modify the child theme. The documentation that comes with the theme is too vague.

I’ve run into an issue on iPhone 6 – the news items and albums are not clickable to expand the link to open the additional content. The photo gallery with the plus button does show on click and opens the gallery, but the album and news item overlays don’t. Can you provide a fix?

Hello nice work, the player it work with only playlist?it’s possible to use it without playlist?
you would have to modify theme according to your needs. in main.js please see the section of jplayer and you will have to update code , please see the docs http://jplayer.org/latest/developer-guide/ , it will help you how to remove playlist .

i messaged you on facebook you never replied you were supposed to make a demo for the jplayer to work with my radio stream , 2nd is many people complained already about the gallery has some issues , first the click on view , does not open the image you want to see , you should fix that and tell people the solution , 3rd problem is as i asked you added all the images linked with same popup , theres no instruction how to link other images to a different gallery , you should help us if you answer my questions it will save time in future if others have and will experience this ,please reply soon
spent too much time on this template with zero help from the designer , i managed to customise everything , i had to remove gallery , its got bugs as others said and no need to create confusion by linking all images with all galleries , you need to solve this its a mistake from your side , , i get more questions answered from other guys without even buying

I don’t have to debate with your offensive messages, how you think this template is having a good rating? we help our buyers, but they know how to follow guides docs they don’t ask us that we make them custom features for each of them. my comment is not offensive or a threat , a rating is related to the template , and template has some bugs which was reported by other buyers too , you said you will make a demo if you have time , yes , but how long do you expect me to wait for an answer? you want me to wait and wait until you decide you will do it ? my comments are not offensive am not asking for customization from you , as for the demo i asked nicely and i also never threaten about giving bad rating , if there is an issue and you dont try to solve it , then what is a buyer to do , i got rid of my photo gallery because of problems with bugs , i sacrificed a gallery which i needed , but its ok i appreciate all the help you gave ,

Hi – for the Poison one page html theme – can you provide instructions on setting the ‘Testimonials’ section to autoplay? I see it’s using Owl Carousel but haven’t been able to determine how to enable auto play in it.

No its not, but if you know a little coding you would be able to link it with out any issues.

I can hear music playing on your site , is it not playing for you at all? and yes your site loads slow much slower them the demo… I could see only two issue with loading 1) you are not optimizing your images i.e slider images are 0.7mb etc etc 2) Your server response time is slow. This slow loading issue is not related to us.
uploading the music is easy , theres already some music on the page just swap it round with your own music , the problem am having is for radio streaming ,
@tamyrahlmack my images load fine , so i think its to do with the device / or internet that you are using , try from other devices or computers and see ,
Hi, everything looks very nice but there’s no manual or instructions on how to upload your music / mp3 / audio, which is (I’m assuming) the main reason everyone is here for.
can you please post some instructions/manual? in my opinion this is the first thing that should appear on your help page, and must be a part of the help section.
( I found the instructions in the html, I just think it should be on your help html, way above making the menu sticky or not etc.)
