I am trying to get support for the TattooPro Theme. When I activate the visual composer it white pages the whole site and breaks everything. What do I need to do to fix this? I also signed up for a forum account and it wont let me login with the login and password you emailed me. Please help! This is frustrating! james@aceofjames.com Thank you in advance!

First be sure that the theme and plugins are uploaded correctly. Missing or broken files can cause this kind of issue. I am not the author of VC so if the issue is related to the plugin you may contact the VC author. Please send me an email to help@wolfthemes.com so I can fix the forum issue ASAP.

Is there a way to get a specific hover color for sub menu items in the navigation? I might just be missing the option but I thought it might be easier to just ask! Great Theme by the way!

Thanks for the response! I’m more so wondering if it’s possible to add a color to a hover over a sub item. More specifically when someone hovers over an item in a sub menu, they can differentiate what they are selecting something. Does that make sense?

Hi guys, when I ad in the theme options the Mailchimp Api and save it, then its not staying and dissapears again….Bug????
and just noticed.. each setting I make in the theme options is NOT accepting. After saving its getting back to original setting ???? 
The Scroll down arrow for the Home Page is not not showing even through It is selected in the options, I am NOT using a slider, I have posted on the support page but Not getting any support from the issues I have with this theme!

Hi, I have a couple of pre-purchase questions I hope you can answer.
1) On the About Us page in the demo, I noticed that in “The Artists” section, the photos and text are not clickable to the artists’ detail portfolio pages showing their bio and work. Can I, in fact, link these (on the About Us page) to each artist’s detailed portfolio page, in the same way as on the homepage?
2) On the Homepage OR on the About Us page, what is the maximum number of Artist profile blocks/photos I can have in “The Artists” section?
3) Can I have BOTH a block for “The Artists” and another block right underneath underneath it for “Other staff” using a different “Team Members” layout? (such as the ones shown here: http://demo.wolfthemes.com/tattoopro/team-members/
4) For the “We are on Instagram” block on the About Us page, does this only pull in photos from ONE Instagram account, or can I pull in photos from multiple Instagram accounts belonging to the different artists?

Update it with the new file and all the front page and work done as gone…is the 4 theme i work with and never had these kind of issues….
now i import de .XML to have the same layout of the demo theme and guess what….all wrong

Hey there, I’ve got problem with the TattooPro Settings. In the “General”-Tab I can change the sign, favicon etc – no problem.. but when I save the changes in the other tabs (styles, home, menu etc.) wordpress says ‘Your settings have been saved.” but on the page nothing happens and in the settings there’re the old entries.. please help

On the menus, what do you mean create two menus after selecting “logo centered” menu? Are you talking about under apprearance and then menus? Doesn’t make much sense.

You must create two menus in the appearance -> menu WP panel, one for the left and one for the right and assign them to the “Main menu left” and “Main menu right” locations. Then select the “logo centred” menu in the theme options -> menu tab

In order to be cropped properly, all your images must be at least 960px X 960px
Otherwise, if some images are too small there will be gaps that break the layout

What a stupid idea!!!!?? Yes this help .. i must reorganize 300 photos and some galleries work fine some not work correclty.

hi again.. 960×960 will work (sometime). When images have at least 960×960 px and image is panoramic – it also not works fine. My opinion is – this wolf gallery not work correctly and i dont see info about 960×960 or panoramic photos!
This is silly situation because this is Tattoo template. Gallery is one of the most important thing in this template!!!!

https://youtu.be/-wHKPe_tplcIn order to be displayed properly in the “mosaic” gallery layout, your images must be cropped in different proportional sizes. Thats’ why the minimum size required is 960pxX960px.
The pupose of a gallery is to show thumbnails (maybe cropped) and on click, view the full size images. That’s why you original image must be big. Not sure what you find stupid here..
The minimum required size is specified when you use the Visual Compose “Images gallery” element. You’re right, I forgot to mention it in the Wordpress media manager and I will fix this.
To use a simple gallery, with regular squares, or rectangles, all at the same size, use the “Simple” galley layout.
If you’re not satisfied with the theme, pls ask a refund to envato. support@envato.comI think stupid is a minimum 960×960 because images will be cropped to show thumbs (not square) and 960×960 is a big images. This is Tattoo templates and most of tattoos is not square!! Effect is – most of images is very big and you cant view at 100% orginal dimension (images will scale down at 1920×1080 resolution). Most of laptop have smaller resolution.
I dont want to refund because i must finish this project at this template. Ok i use simple gallery layout.
Please understand my and my client frustration. I wish you good luck with next projects!!

Followed the setup documentation but how do I mimic the layout of the demo version? There are no instructions on how to do so or even what was used in visual designer.
Right under the header video there is a text block next to an image with ho separation above or in the middle. How was this done???
