The theme is adding an unnecessary paragraph/end paragraph whenever we toggle from TEXT to VISUAL in the Theme Settings > Header/Footer area of any page (where your demo adds the tabs below the slider on the home page). This looks like a weird bug in the theme itself as we don’t have this issue in any other instance of the visual/text editor.
We submitted a ticket for this over 10 days ago and have received poor support – only a frustrating back and forth resulting in your customer support person saying it’s Wordpress’s fault.

Wordpress does NOT add the paragraph tag by default. This doesn’t happen in the native Wordpress page/post editor OR in any of the HTML/Visual editor embeds in plugins like Visual Composer.
