we had a transfers mode between an airport and an island, Our customer will follow this transfers : - airport to pier : by taxi or by minivans - pier to ilsand : by speedboat.
We have several kind of vehicle with several rates.
Is it possible to set up a transfers with several kind of vehicles ?
The same example that if for a trip, I have to take a bus, then a train and a plane.
Does your template manage this kind of transfers ?

You would have to treat each transfer as a separate trip, our theme at this time does not support planning something that takes a separate vehicle for each leg of a trip.

I have some pre-purchase questions: 1. Is it possible to propose different kind of transport for a same trip? 2. Is it possible to define and search multi destination? In our case we provide transfer from an airport to an island so we want to propose a transfer but with 2 vehicles: car/bus + boat (as you can do it only by car or only by boat). So is there a way to define this route?

The home page by default shows all widgets, however, you can go to Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and add any widget you want to the empty by default Home Content Widget Area for only those widgets to appear on the home page.

Widgets – Home Content Widget Area is empty. If I added a widget, it seems causing some conflicts to the display of the home page.
It’s empty by default at which time all widgets show on the home page. You then add widgets to it one by one, to show them on the home page. This way you can display only the ones you want, or all of them.

A suggestion – the current availability setting is more suitable for shuttle buses with a fixed departure dates and times. In real world, no matter is a taxi or private vehicle hire service, the availability should be like – what vehicles are available and its price from A – B (or pre-set locations), based on the date picked by customers. So, the time slot setting is actually limited the potential of the theme. It should be removed.
You can set the availability of every X minutes which would make what you are looking for possible.

One more question, when clicking make a booking, the page automatically jump to the search section, but it miss the top of the search top. How to adjust it and make it to stop at the top edge of the search section? Otherwise, customers have to scroll up. Thanks
You can prevent that by commenting out line 15,16,17 of wp-content/plugins/transfers-plugin/js/search.js:

You have to clear your browser cache after doing the above change or at least hit Ctrl F5 a few times.
so far still nothing changed, I will wait and see. by the way, I think it has a bug of the transfer availability, the dates are automatically set to January 1, 1970

A quick feedback about the scrolltop isn’t working.
With regards 1970… in your Settings -> General, do you by any change have F jS, Y? if so, please change it F j, Y as the datetimepicker in jquery cannot handle the st, th, rd that S adds in that format.
Regarding to 1970, It only returns to it after hit add availability.
Please check the dateformat as indicated above. And you need to retest adding a new availability after making the fix above.

Not sure about the exact approach for something like that. Yes, you can book our “transport types” by any period of time, however the booking is based on distance A to B which you configure from the admin.
You would have to look at how our theme works and then figure out the best solution for yourself.

1- is possible to use your booking engine and integrate with another theme? 2- does it allow to have several vehicles categories, eg. if the is a reservation for 12 people, does it separate 2×8 in 2 vans + 4 in a regular car? 3 – How far is the theme customizable? can I rearrange the order of text and image elements? can I create different pages for each service and customize the pages? 4 – Can I put tripadvisor, etc widgets wherever I want in the website? 5 – Can I create specific pages for transfers from zone A to zone B with direct reservation and prices?

1. Our booking engine is a separate plugin from our theme, however, to use it with another theme you would have to look at how we integrated it into our theme and then add similar custom code to your other theme – it would require a fair amount of work to achieve.
2. If you want to book for 8 people it provides you with the option of transport type that allows for 8 people and updates the inventory. If 2 places in a transport type are already booked by someone else, then the other 6 are booked and another 2 are booked in the next vehicle if available. If not available, then you are not provided with a booking option as you only have 6 seats available and you need 8.
3. The theme does not have a “visual editor” type feature if you are referring to that. The home page is fully widgetized however and you can rearrange where what widget sits. You can also show/hide sidebars on all pages. Everything else you would have to do through your child theme style.css and by copying and modifying php files in your child theme.
4. The theme allows widgets to be added to all it’s sidebars and you are not limited to what widgets you want to use.
5. You can create destination pages like the following where available transfers are listed. If you have changed the code you should move your custom files to a child theme.

To upgrade theme please follow these steps:
0. (When using an ftp client, please make sure your Transfer mode is set to Binary). 1. Download the upgrade from ThemeForest and unzip on your computer. 2. Inside the downloaded zip file, unzip the contained Transfers.zip 3. Turn on maintenance on your website. You can use a plugin like this one for the purpose: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-maintenance-mode/ 4. Backup your languages folder inside wp-content/themes/Transfers 5. Delete the the files inside wp-content/themes/Transfers parent folder except the languages folder if you have translations there 6. Upload contents of the above mentioned unzipped Transfers.zip file to this same folder. 7. Delete folder wp-content/plugins/transfers-plugin 8. Readd the contents of your languages folder into wp-content/themes/Transfers/languages
If using a child theme:
9. Backup your child theme. 10. Upgrade each php and js file in your child theme to latest version. 11. Re-add your code changes to the php and js files by using a text editor.
And finally
12. Turn off maintenance mode. 13. Go to WordPress admin and reinstall the Transfers plugin when prompted.
Hi, I might make a purchased next days but I have 1 problem and 1 question to report. In Safari the booking system is not working properly. After you select the vehicle the main button to make the booking doesn’t appear. So because I can’t go further I don’t know is the booking system its actually working on this browser.
In most of transfer websites I can see the price in the booking system. It updates automatically when you are typing the details. I guess is the “GET QUOTE” price. Is this feature possible in this booking system?

Prices are set from the admin panel per destination, transport type and time period. For custom quotes and inquires we recommend building your own custom form with contact form 7.

The auto scroll down is also not working.I dont think that I can do a “Get quote” feature with contact form 7, or can I? The feature that I am talking about is something like http://www.yellowfishtransfers.com/en/home After you typed the details you have 2 options GET QUOTE or BOOK if you hit the yellow button (get quote) it will show you the price in the same page. I guess you understand in the first time I tried to explain but is just to have sure that we are sync.
The final client doesn’t want any booking for users that are doing a request for less then 1h. Can I manage this kind of settings or I have talk with a developer to somehow add this kind of contingencies ?

I am a wordpress beginner and still I did everything on my side www.shuttleairportdüsseldorf.de myself … I have a changelog.txt file found there is inside “To upgrade theme please follow thesesteps …” I do not know whether this is the right changelog.txt file. Aufjedenfall seems to be more complicated than the entire installation and configuration of the site. Could you give me a simple step by step guide please?
That is the right changelog.txt and all you have to do is follow those 10 or 11 steps… not the entire file. The rest of the file shows what’s been changed.

Hello ThemeEnergy, this is an awesome but why do you restrict it to preset destinations (airport transfers). Please please please, there are many of us who want the customer to be able to fill in an address. This is especially useful because there are many “Auto-complete” wordpress plugins that will auto suggest the address, making easy for the customer to enter the destination and departure addresses. I think this feature will multiply your sales. Any plans to develop this?

The issue there – with non-defined locations is, how do you set the price/availability for the transfers?
Not an issue at all, I will give offline quotes to customers, I just need them to enter addresses instead of selecting pre-defined locations. This is as easy as setting up an option in the theme settings: Select Preset destinations from a drop down or have address empty field for the customer to fill, once I get that information, I’ll take it from there and will email him a quote… I’m sure other buyers are looking for that option as well…
That can be achieved by some simple custom code and a contact 7 form though, don’t you think?

You would have to hire a programmer to do the custom code for you because it is not just a matter of changing one field. It is a matter of editing the wp-content/plugins/transfers-plugin/includes/widget/widget-advanced-search.php code and changing it’s behaviour to be integrated with contact 7 form.
We are not familiar enough with that form to be able to guide you.

Hi, On the search bar since doing updates, the time slider has gone to 12 hr times x 2 (1pm is shows as 01:00 rather than 13:00) How can we get it back to 24hr times please.

You can see that the time slider is set to 24 hours on our demo. Are you sure you fully followed the upgrade instructions in changelog.txt and also upgraded the plugin in wp-content/plugins/transfers-plugin?
