You are not answering the question here. I know how to update plugins. The most recent download of your theme still does not contain the latest 4.7.4 version of Visual Composer. When will Visual Composer 4.7.4 be included and compatible with this theme?

Since 4.7.4 is still not included in your theme files (your private repository still uses 4.5.3), I updated directly from a separate Visual Composer plugin download. The front end displays fine, but none of the backend edit or add (+) options never worked or popped up element windows. This theme is not compatible with Visual Composer 4.7.4.

I deactiveted and deleted old version and i following Appearance -> “Install Plugins” menu and i reinstall VC plugin but it still downloading 4.7.3, and i download my other theme and i installed VC 4.7.4 plugin which include other’s theme package and installed manually again. Please note that.

I did, but still i dont get any reply.
By the way, have you updated theme? I checked “changelog” it says last update 1.0.6 ( September) but theme info’s screen last update says: 7 october?
And also i downloaded theme now and i have checked again and log.txt says last update 1.0.4 and i have checked style.css and it says 1.0.6

Where in your documentation is this even listed? I do not have a Visual Composer GUI element to create lists. So, you’re saying I need to manually copy/paste or type the above shortcode into a Text block, correct?

When using the Fancy Icon Boxes VC element, I am unable to specify “Left” under General > Content Align option as the frontend always displays the content as centered instead. It notes that Center is the default; however, Left is always pre-selected in the admin. Looking at the frontend code, I see that ‘text-center’ is always being applied. The VC settings won’t allow me to choose “Left” as an option, it just keeps showing centered. Please advise.
To clarify, I can choose “Center” and “Right” under these settings and they appear on the frontend correctly as centered or right-aligned; but, the “Left” option never shows left-aligned, always centered.

How to register and update Revolution Slider?
I tried to register the revolution slider to get updates for that plugin. But it said the Purchase Code is invalid. Perhaps this is because i used the purchase code of the exo theme. How to get updates for the revolution slider, or isn’t this included in the exo theme?

I did it exactly the way it is in your documentation but it is still going back to the default menu. You have the access to my site and you can check it yourself. Please tell me what has gone wrong. I never had issues with such trivial things like logo and menu with any Theme I have worked on so far. Please give me a solution ASAP.

Hi, I bought the theme and downloaded the demo content, but I find that the content is not fully downloaded, don’t know why and how to get the complete content as it is in the demo version. I uploaded the Logo after scaling it down to 50×50 (on corp 2 curved Home Page) but I find only the text seen in the home page instead of the Logo. the logo is visible in some pages and missing on others. How to fix this issue.

I’m having an issue with the Team Carousel. I’m trying to put the team in its own order. I read the documentation and it says that you can arrange them by ID but I don’t see where you can set a custom ID. Organizing them by date or title are not a feasible option. This theme use some high quality images and video ( large size ) it effect to loading speed
We recommend to you clean up the content of your site, config theme, modules etc.
1. Clean up content, database : images, content, data hidden… speed up site
2. clean up config : in plugin, theme options, pages options.. speed up site
3. clean up code: plugin, modules, and theme style
4. Update theme, plugin , use 3rd plugin support(cache)
5. other else
At the basic level, this theme will require the following conditions:
Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7 PHP 5.3.x MySQL 5.0.4 or higher WordPress 3.9+, 4.0+ Recommended PHP Configuration Limits: Many issues you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can contact with your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum or You can do this on your own by finding php.ini file in your root directory as follows:
max_execution_time 180 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
