Hi there, I’m having an issue with the formatting of the page, the posts usually run one large and two small however at the bottom of each page before you move onto page two or three, the second small post is not displaying, it’s actually on the next page and there’s just a white space where it should be on the previous page.
does this have anything to do with the image size that’s uploaded or is that irrelevant and the upload formats the picture to the page’s required size?
Hi there, if I understand your question correctly, the problem is with number of the posts per page. It should be even and divisible by three, for example, 6, 12, etc. You can set the number of the posts per page in the Blog Settings in the admin dashboard.

Hey man, I bought this theme for my multi wordpress account. But now I tried to upload it and wordpress said, it failed to upload because the style.css is not there. I took a look inside of it, and it was just a lie, the style.css is there. But it failed anyway. Now I read the documentation and there you guys are talking about ghost.io to upload the theme, not wordpress. So, is it not possible to set up the theme with wordpress??

sorry, but it’s not possible to install this theme on WordPress. Curious is a Ghost theme for the Ghost blogging platform. You can find more information about it on Ghost.org.

I see you’ve fixed the side menu issues. The only other thing I could see improvement on, is how tags / topics are organized. It would be great to see the dropdown menu at work, and maybe even entirely ridding the tag section at the bottom of the theme. That could get messy with a lot of tags. Other authors have found ways to organize tags in Ghost, and I think this theme could easily be one of the best if it had more organization for that. Thanks.
Edit: The option of which tags or popular tags are displayed at the bottom would help maybe.

Great theme, it has just one issue. The mobile menu (at least on an iPhone) is uneasy and somewhat buggy. It scrolls awkward and roughly, and blog posts are appearing at the bottom, with no option to scroll back up. Actually, it does scroll up, but only after going through the blog content which seems to be interfering with the side menu.

- to link the “Subscribe” button to your MailChimp form, navigate to the Lists page, click drop-down menu next to your list and choose Signup forms. Select General forms and you’ll see a Signup form URL field. This URL is a direct link to your signup form. Copy and paste it instead of the current subscribe link URL ( {{@blog.url}}/rss/ ) on line 17 in the home.hbs file.

in version 1.0.1 we have updated package.json, style.css, default.hbs, sidebar.hbs and all font files located in assets/fonts/ folder. I think the simplest way to update your theme is to just reupload it. Download the new version of Curious theme from ThemeForest, make the adjustments you need (subscription link, disqus shortname, etc.) and upload the theme to your server or ghost.io.

How do I remove the “Subscribe” RSS feed button on the cover page. It is kind of annoying and I have searched and can’t find a way to remove it?
Also, Disqus comments still don’t work even after I followed your instructions(which is only changing my short_name on default.hbs” right?

you can remove the “Subscribe” button by deleting the <p> tag with the class “subscribe” on line 17 in the home.hbs file.
As for the Disqus comments, can you drop me a link to your website?
Team Curious, Do you have a read me doc or anything that anticipates a problem installing in a godaddy-hosted c-panel account? maybe you mistook this Ghost theme for the WordPress theme? If this is not the case and you installed node.js and Ghost blogging platform corectly on your dedicated godaddy hosting, the theme should work fine. We’ve test it on our dedicated and on ghost.org hosting and haven’t encountered any problems.
I made that mistake exactly. Godaddy will not support the installation on their server. We tried at http://www.vancleaf.com/ghost-jesse/ Is it easier for you to help with the install or (if possible) refund?

what kind of hosting plan do you have on Godady? If it’s a regular shared hosting, I don’t think it’s possible to install Ghost there.

This theme is created for blogs and magazines that have a lot of content. Its primary use is telling stories. You can add video, audio, images and quotes in the posts, but if you have content without images and text, I don’t think this theme is the right choice for you.
