Hi, Did you uploaded all the files ? (All the CSS, JS, HTML) What i suggest to you, to avoid any error is to upload first your project as a zip archive then uncompress it on the server (by using cpanel, or telnet)

Hello, Thank you for your choice. Instruction for this is available in the Documentation folder in the template. but to summaries, you have to edit the server.php file under ajaxserver and then edit the html file, the form tag, to point to this file.

It works fine with a HD video, what i suggest to you to avoid too long loading time is to remove the loading screen (tag with an id “page-loader” its located at the to^of the HTML structure at the begining tag)
