I have installed Google captcha and test its two versions, bu I continue receiving spam emails and I would like to know if you could fix this problem with paying the technical support service that I have at this time, expired.

I suppose that you don’t have animation if you view your pages directly from your local disk ( via file://... protocol ). In this case template can’t load your pages content via AJAX and you loose animations for your pages changes process – it will work fine if you will view your website that is loaded to web-server ( like Apache, nginx… ).

I suppose, that you need to change permissions on following files: - assets/jslib/jquery.ba-bbq.js - assets/jslib/jquery.hoverdir.js
to add reading permission to “Other/Public” users for this files. ( you may heck this video that demonstrate how to do this in FileZilla https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zi0dl0MbkWw )

Dear author, can you give me another one advice please, why the map doesn’t work in contact page to me? After refresh it displays for a while but after two seconds box with exclamation mark drowns it… (I have still the original downloaded version of the template at http://rasti2.7mg.eu) Thank you, Jakub

It happens because google changed the rules for google maps API usage. Now you should configure API Key to be able to use google maps for your site. Please check this article https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key to get information how to create API Key for your website. Then you should add your API Key to the api loading url address. For this you need find:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false"></script>
in your html files and replace it with:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?key={YOUR_API_KEY}&sensor=false"></script>
NOTE: you should replace {YOUR_API_KEY} with your key in this string.

Hi. I recently write about a problem with spanish characters in Firefox (in Chrome i doesn’t happen) in the content zone. In the left sidebar, the characters are shown correctly but in the content zone it doesn’t show them good.
I tried to chang parameter of codification but it doesn’t change anything, so, what could be the problem with spanish characters in Firefox?

I love this theme, but I wondered if it was compatible with mobile devices, i.e. smartphones and tablets? This is kind of a deal breaker for me as I’m searching for the theme for my website.

Thank you! We are glad that you like the template and apologies for this inconvenience. The reason is because “Novecento” font which is used for titles does not support Turkish.
So we have replaced this font with Raleway which is quite similar and created special CSS files for you. Please contact us via private message box on our profile so that we can send you the files.
