I have installed the theme but am unable to edit anything with visual composer. It just opens a blank screen. It just flashes the visual composer logo over and over, but doesn’t ever open. This is very frustrating.

Hello guys. I have a one page application, and the menu has several links to id’s containers, so when I click the menu the page scrolls down. It works perfect, but, in mobile device the menu does not disappear when I click the item. I suppose it’s a megamenu issue. How can I mend it? Thank you in advance

We never could get it to work so I finally ended up buying a new license to visual composer. Still not working. If I switch out of your them is will work now. But will not work with your them. “

Hi, some time ago i bought pedosis template for my wordpress web site but when i click the visual composer button, it doesn’t work. The blank page start with a loading image but in the end nothing appears. If i look on the plugin product license, it says that i haven’t license key! But the visual composer activation is included on the template?.

I am having basically the same issues as “LazerGold” (above) on our client’s site. I need this fixed asap because there is a deadline for launching the site (http://wlocco.com). As a result of the bugs in your theme, my client had to purchase a separate license for Visual Composer. After you fix the problem, you will need to reimburse my client for the amount of the VC license.

I did already email you at the address provided. You responded, asking for the WP and FTP credentials. I provided them more than 24 hours ago, and since that time you have been unresponsive.

The errors in your theme are preventing us from finishing our client’s project. I would prefer to resolve this matter without getting Envato involved. Please reply with an update immediately to avoid disciplinary action. Thank you.

Hi I would like to ask why the theme i purchased and downloaded is different from your demo. I have issues on mobile not the same as the live demo and also the blog is section is broken. I have emailed you 2 times about issues with this horrible theme. If I don’t hear from you today I will be forced to use a new template entirely after wasting countless hours. Worst theme and worst support ever!! Do not buy!!!

I am looking for detailed instructions on how to edit the ‘Features’ custom menu. The menu formatting breaks whenever we attempt to remove, add and/or edit a menu item contained in the custom formatted tab.

We are having a few issues getting the Pedosis theme to work correctly, could you please advise?

The main problems are;

• The menu builder does not have the same options as in your documentation.

• Editing pages with Visual Composer front-end editor does not work, it will not load, and when elements are edited in the back-end they disappear – just changing the text seems to break the element.

• Redux has been left in developer mode when released

• Also, the Visual Composer plugin does not have licensing details, could this be supplied please as it was listed as a free inclusion and “saving” for this theme

Would also like to recommend you review the documentation included with this theme, it has so many grammatical, spelling and reference errors it is of little value – not sure how it passed Envato’s supposed “quality check”.

I have previously emailed you directly requesting support for these issues but have yet to receive a response. Our purchase code is included in that email.

I FINALLY got the theme to upload (yes I emailed you about this) but I had to install manually. Now the visual composer is not working at all on the front end, and I can access it on the back end but it is not retaining my changes. Before you tell me to email you about this, I have. I need this resolved ASAP as I have a client waiting to see results.

in this theme nothing is working, visual editor. maga menu both is not working.

overall theme is not working. please help if you can. otherwise please refund my money for both wordpress theme and Drupal theme also.

Hello guys, i’ve a big trouble with the visual composer, that is great problem. I’ve installed demo data, but when I try to edit a page this plugin does not work correctly, I can’t move all elements like(html, slide, etc. everyone) on columns. Please, i need a real solution, if not, maybe I will request a refund.
