First of all, there is a script error on your site. Seems like there is an invalid code within the head element. You should remove the code below from head tag since the DIV element couldn’t place inside the HEAD element.

You should add this code to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Body Content instead.
Also, please remove the WP Super Cache plugin and use W3 Total Cache plugin (https://th.wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/) instead since this theme’s compatible with this plugin as well.
If it still doesn’t work, please deactivate other plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin.

The script errors still exist. I suppose there is a plugin conflict so please deactivate other plugins that installed on your website except the bundled plugins. If this works, that means there is a plugin conflict so try to re-activate these plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugins. Each time you activate a plugin, check your live website to see if the problem is being occurred. This process may take a few minutes, however it is a full proof way of finding what plugin is causing the problem.

I’m having a very troubling issue with the theme. I have reinstalled wordpress and reinstalled the theme and keep getting the following message when I create a new blog post (displayed on a white screen).

I’m totally stumped as to how to fix this and my blog-driven website is totally useless as a result.

When you set the featured image for the portfolio post, it should be displayed in the portfolio grid as you see in our demo sites. If there is any other plugins installed on your website, please try to deactivate them one by one until you find the problematic plugin.

All images viewed in the live preview are for demo purposes only and are not included with your purchase. So when you import demo content in Theme Options -> Home, the images and video won’t be imported to your site. You should add your images manually. You can download free images in the websites we provided in “Read Me First.html” in the main download package.
However, if you would like to import the demo images to see how/where these images should be, you can manually import the full demo content from the folder “Demo Content” in the main download package. Simply import the file “flora.xml” in Tools -> Import section on your WP admin.

In order to change the font size for the top menu, please add the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

So I’m working on my portfolio page that’s a grid and I’m having trouble getting the images to size like the 4 column grid in the demo. Did you add in featured images for the portfolio pages that were cropped to a square to get that clean grid or is there a setting for that?
And once I click on one of the portfolio items, I’m having trouble again getting the images to look like the demo. I like the portfolio 11 example. But when I upload images they don’t act like that demo. I’d like to have them be a square in the portfolio 11 grid and then in the lightbox open to full size. Mine are currently showing full size in the grid which messes it all up.

You should upload the portfolio images that are larger than 640×640px so your images will be cropped to a square to fit within the grid layout.
Some of the images I’ve tried are larger than 640×640px – one for example is 792×1224px, but the portfolio pages don’t seem to crop it to fit the square grid on the portfolio 11 layout.
Sounds like your WP site didn’t crop your images, if there is any other plugins installed, try to deactivate all of them. And then install and activate Regenerate Thumbnails plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/), see more on how to use this plugin to generate your thumbnails here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/screenshots/

I suppose there is an error when importing the sliders. The importer from Revolution Slider requires Zip Archive library to import the sliders. Make sure Zip Archive class is enabled on your host.
I dont think that is the problem since I installed the theme via zip no problem. It just does not want to upload the Demo.
Couldn’t access this page. Error 404, the requested URL /phpinfo.php was not found on this server.
DNS has not linked to to domain yet I made changes on my PC and I can see it. I dont think this could be the problem. Can I import the Main Demo manually. If you want I can give you the account credentials by email so you can test it by yourself. The account is completely new and I have no information to lose from it so you can make whatever you want.

You can import the main demo manually by using WordPress Importer plugin, the demo files are in “Demo Content\Main Demo” within the main download package.
1. Simply import "flora.xml" in Import section on WP dashboard. However, if the pages and posts have been imported you can skip this step. 2. Navigate to Theme Options -> Import/Export, copy the whole content in the file "theme_options.json" and paste into Import From File option in Import section. 3. Navigate to Revolution Slider to import sliders from "Main Demo\revsliders".

And it may be perfect for another website that i take care, a woocommerce. But 23things bothering me in the shop part :
1- There is no obvious animation when you add something to the cart. 2- Combine 1 with the fact you dont see the sticky menu sometimes : https://www.dropbox.com/s/ve133477nfjjq1l/Capture%20d%27%C3%A9cran%202015-11-05%2012.13.51.png?dl=0 and it’s really confusing. 3- You cant see a quick view of your cart when hovering over the cart icon, a function that most themes have now.
Also you did for me on Vela some little customisation, and for that you deserve a 6 star rating, but for maybe going a little more further on customisation do you accept custom work ? (i pay first and not after the job is done, i dont have trust issues)

Seems like the problem has been resolved and now your site is working fine. However, if you’re getting the problem with the content won’t appear when working on One Page site, hope this information below helps. When One Page Site option in Theme Options -> Page has been turned on, your frontpage will display the content of the pages from the first level in the primary menu, you should add the pages you want to display on the frontpage to the first level of the primary menu in Appearance -> Menus. The frontpage won’t display the content from the custom links menu and the menu items in submenu (dropdown).
Also, when you import the demo content in Theme Options -> Home, the images won’t be imported to your site, you should replace them with your images.

But seems like i cant really customize the blog, or certains url that are not page (like product category). For the blog section for example, i use the theme options, but seems it doesnt do anything.

When you assign a blog page as posts page in Settings -> Reading, you couldn’t add any element to this page but can only choose the sidebar for the blog page, for other options of the blog such as blog layout please use the options in Theme Options -> Blog.
Also, you can create a custom Blog page by simply creating a new page (don’t assign it as posts page), build this page with Visual Composer, add the Blog Posts element to this page and then use the Flora Options to customize this page like another page.
However, there is no option to customize the product archive pages and blog archive pages today. You can only customize the portfolio archive pages by using Portfolio Archive options in Theme Options -> Portfolio. We will add new options for blog archive pages and product archive pages in the future.
Also i have trouble translating the word “Cart” i translate it in a .po file, but seems that the line will not work, others lines are working.

If you are talking about the “Cart” button that’s in the left side of the word “Total:”, try to close and re-open your browser after you translate this word. The WooCommerce dropdown menu has been cached by WooCommerce plugin script so it won’t update until you close the browser and open it again.

The options in Theme Options -> Blog will work for the posts page, make sure the page that you’re currently viewing has been set as Posts Page in Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays -> Posts page. Could you please specify your assigned posts page URL, I see a blog page here -> http://www.fityo.fr/actualites/ but it isn’t the assigned posts page. If you are talking about this page, it won’t use the settings in Theme Options -> Blog since it’s not the assigned posts page but it’s just a page that contains Blog Posts element so you should choose the options in the Blog Posts Settings window and use the Flora Options to customize this page instead.

For the image changing beetween the gallery of the product yes i understand why it does that, but i only want to display the first image, no animation or others images on the products, for more images users will have to enter the product page.
So if i understand correctly about the blog page, if i want to use theme options to set it up, i must be sure that the page it’s linked is blanck ? Because actually it’s set up on http://www.fityo.fr/blog/ (witch is the page created with the import demo) and it’s not a blanck page.

I understood that you would like about the blog page but in generally when you create a blog page with Blog Posts element like this page -> http://www.fityo.fr/actualites/ you should customize the blog layout by editing this element and choose any options in Blog Posts Setting window and then customize the page layout by using Flora Options in the page. The settings in Theme Options -> Blog will only apply to the default assigned Posts Page like this page -> http://www.fityo.fr/blog/
For the dots icon, this icon is a home link for the blog page. When you are in the blog single page you can click this icon to see the blog list. You can change the link for this icon in Theme Options -> Blog -> Blog Single Post -> Blog Home Page, change this option to custom and set Blog Home Page URL option to your blog page URL.
For the gallery images of products, there is no option to turn off the fade sliding images in current version. When product has more than one image to show, their images will slide as fade sliding by default.
Also, if you would like the slider to fit perfectly within the browser width and height you should choose the slider layout as Full Screen. When you select the slider layout as Full Screen, the revolution slider will set both slider width and height as the browser width and height but if the page is currently showing the admin bar, the slider will be bigger than the screen a bit. However, when the visitors visit your website the admin bar won’t appear so the slider will be fit within the browser width and height perfectly, see our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/

Sorry about this, the sidebar option in Theme Options -> Blog is just the default settings but when you’ve the posts page it will use the sidebar option from this page settings so you should change the sidebar option in Flora Options on this page. However, the default blog page has no full-width page template so even you choose the page layout to Wide, it won’t stretch to full to browser width. If you would like the full-width page you should create a custom blog page by using the Blog Posts element instead.

1. The Blog options in Theme Options -> Blog:
When you assigned the Posts page in Settings -> Reading, this page will act as the default blog page, all content elements within this page won’t work and will be replaced by the latest posts. You need to set the blog options (e.g. blog layout, pagination type, etc.) in Theme Options -> Blog. However, the page options from Flora Options still apply to this page. So this page will use the sidebar option from Flora Options instead of the sidebar option from Theme Options -> Blog. Please note: The default blog page (Posts page) has no full-width page template, even you change the page Layout to Wide it will display as Box layout instead. You should create a custom blog page for showing the Full Width blog page.
2. The Full Screen slider:
You should use the transparent header for your home page so the top navigation menu will overlay on the slider, your full-screen slider will stretch to full perfectly within the browser width and height.
Edit your home page, scroll down to Flora Options, select the Header tab and change Transparent Header option to Enable. You can also change the Foreground Style to set the color of the menu text.
3. The Add to Cart button on Shop page:
By default, when you click on add to cart button, it will add the product to the cart instantly on the current page that’s a standard function from WooCommerce plugin, try it on our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/shop

4. Shop account login/registration page: This issue has been resolved in the next update.

7. Seems like it’s working fine. When you visit this page -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/ you will see there are too many headings. Almost of heading text in our demo sites are using Custom Heading element e.g. “Flora Creative Studio”, “EASY TO CUSTOMIZE”, “One Click Demo Import”, “Build your amazing website with OUR THEME”, etc.
If you can’t be found this element, it’s might because there is a plugin conflict, try to deactivate other plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin.
6. Make sure you added the correct code, when we provided any CSS code it should start with STYLE and end with STYLE.
When you copy the code from your email they will have the PRE element so please remove the PRE element from the code. You should copy the code from the comment page instead.
Also, if you’d like the bigger icon, you can increase the font size value from 16px to 18px or any bigger size.

I feel like lot of things are not working in theme options, for example in another website i try transparent header, and it didnt work, either the style for making the logo area bigger.

So it has been set to display with a line but when you click on this title to open the post detail page, this title will appear as the whole text.
However, you can insert the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content to change this blog layout and display the whole title.

It’s might because your host is suffering from PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

Unfortunately, when we visit our demo One Page site, this issue still happened, we’re not sure why it works fine on other demo sites but didn’t work on One Page demo. However, it will be fixed in our next update. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hallo, I found Flora a great wordpress theme, but I have a problem installing a plugin. I need to public in the site a event calendar. I tried different plug in: some of them doesnt work completly others works only when i am logged in as administrator. I dont have any preferences about the plugin to use I only need it show a calendar where the user can find the events and click to the event page. Can you help me to resolve this issue? Or suggest me some working plug in compatible with Flora theme? Thank you for your help. Ross

This plugin didn’t support AJAX Page feature, you should add a name of the page that contains the event calendar to Theme Options -> AJAX Page -> AJAX Options -> Exclude URLs. If there are too many pages have this plugin you can turn off the AJAX Page option to prevent a conflict with this plugin.

Sorry but there is no PSD file included in this theme so we couldn’t send you any PSD file for the theme design. However, this theme includes the demo content that you can easily import in Theme Options -> Home. You can also manually import the full demo that included in the main download package by using WordPress Importer plugin.
