The current version of WooCommerce says that there are files not compatible with the theme. In your dev environment just update and you will see it. Let me know when a update will be available to address if possible please.

Thanks I found solution In the dashboard, go to: WooCommerce >> Settings >> Catalog There is an option for ‘Default Product Sorting’ where you can choose ‘Default sorting’ from the drop down. Then, when you are editing a product, look for: Product Data >> Advanced >> Menu order.

The Product Page using full width layout and support Main inner siderbar – Product Sidebar siderbar. So, you can Go to Admin >> Appearance >> Widgets and add WooCommerce Product Categories to Product Sidebar sidebar

With that box, we only create HTML for it, our customer can install plugins for that featured and put it on that position.

I just purchased your theme and installed it. I saw a note that you’re using outdated templates.
“Your theme (snsnova) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

On the woocommerce section, >System Status. There is a message “40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP”

- At the time release, we’re used WooCommerce 2.4.6. If you wanna use WooCommerce latest version, you can go to Admin >> WooCommerce >> System Status >> Templates [?] to check what are file has changed in latest version and compare to update for /wp-content/themes/snsnova/woocommerce/
- You can add the bellow code to your wp-config.php filedefine('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

If the columns are less than 3 you will get a divide by zero condition. Updated my file and wanted to make sure that in your next release the bug doesn’t come back to haunt me.

After getting one site to finally download the demo content I was able to replicate quite nicely. Now, two more questions for you as follows:
1. How do I install a TTF (Font) that I have on my hard drive so that it can appear in the drop-down list of available fonts in the Sans control panel?
2. How do I create a product carousel that is gathered from a product attribute and attribute value? Example All products that have the Attribute Origin and the Attribute Value overseas | domestic?

1. Currently, we only support google font library – it has 707 fonts . We’ll consider to update support custom font not from google font.
2. What’s product attribute and attribute value? please give me an example. We provided 2 shortcodes for woo – SNS Products and SNS Product Tabs, you can sellect Type or Order By for them.

I have a few questions that I hope you can assist with as follows:
1. The import demo content hangs at 25% when initiated from a GoDaddy hosted Wordpress instance. I’ve tried it on three brand new installations and none of them work. I let it run for over an hour just in case it was a timing thing on one of the attempts. It does bring in the pages but nothing else. Is there a way to import via a file somewhere versus the button that keeps hanging at 25%?
2. Without much to go on I have no idea how to manipulate the very top of the page (above the HeaderRight widget) to add a phone number or contact or links to user information as in the demo sites. Very frustrating and I feel a lot of Funforge’s journey. Since there is no widget that applies to that area I have no way of adding my own data. Thanks again Funforge for asking about how to remove the language and currency toggles; that was driving me insane looking for a place to change it.
3. The HeaderRight widget (I assume this is the widget) on the demo site has social icons and I would love to know how to replicate this.
For the moment I have to say that this is an extremely awesome theme sans my inability to import the demo data to replicate the demo site as that is pretty much the design cue we are shooting for with this client.
