Also, we appreciate the criticism but we would like to read some more meaningful comments with more details on what made your experience difficult. That way, you comment is helpful and we can actually improve based on your details. Simply saying “it’s badly coded” doesn’t help anyone. I hope that makes sense.

On a side note, we are planning a full cleanup of the entire code base, review the UI and release overall improvements as we prepare to upgrade all our items to BS4, once it reaches a stable version.

Hello I and several other customers who purchased this template almost a year ago tried in vain to contact you for support WHILE you were still providing support for this template. Even just forget about the “badly coded” bit for a while, there were javascript errors in the template which you said you were going to fix in a new update which you did not release even after months, you did not address any of the issues we posted and as such you DO deserve all our bad reviews and ratings, if i could get my money back I would ask for it because honestly I refused to use your template which was a shame because i had to build one from scratch, a real waste of time especially after we had spent money on this template and were planning on even getting the extended license (Thank goodness we did not). Want good ratings? Go back and read all the comments, swallow the criticism and insults and come up with a far better version of this product. Then and only then will you receive a compliment from me.

As per the previous reply, we do appreciate the criticism especially because you were making a great point about support which we already admitted we have to address as soon as possible and we will make an effort do just that.

But we won’t “swallow” any insults, just like we’ll never insult anyone ourselves. It’s OK to post a comment with a bad review based on a bad experience, but insults or repeat comments (from one or multiple accounts) with the sole intent to hurt us are going into abuse category and we will report them. Just wanted to clarify that so there’s a distinction between criticism and abuse.

Also, we definitely weren’t expecting a compliment, given the circumstances, just more details about your experience.

With that said, we apologize for your bad experience. We are currently taking action to remedy the situation and we just thought to let you know.

On a side note, we are planning a full cleanup of the entire code base, review the UI and release overall improvements as we prepare to upgrade all our items to BS4, as it reaches a stable version. At that point, we’ll fully restore support for this item, but until then we’ll be using the last drop of our time on upgrades.

On another note, even though we don’t have to provide support, you do make a great point about responding to various questions and we’ll make a better effort to reply to everyone within a decent timeframe.

We apologize for the late reply. Unfortunately it’s still just a possibility. We are currently planning on cleaning the entire existing code base and prepare to migrate to BS4 for the following months, so we just couldn’t catch a break to start some more in depth wp implementation and for the following months we’ll definitely make ourselves busy with UI upgrades for all our existing items.
