I have bought the template today but the web builder is crashing, I cannot use it. Can you help?

B/c of a huge traffic on the builder we’re investigating in a larger server. This might take 1 or 2 days max.
After the updates are done this won’t happened again.

Thank you for the purchase of Announce.
When openen the download folder from Themeforest you need to open the folder called “BUILDER” and click on the .txt folder to copy paste the purchase URL link of Announce.

I bought this template yesterday… cannot figure out how to export from or use the dynamicxx builder. Can you please explain.
Already used the HTML for a simple invite. Sent out through Vertical Response and it worked beautifully. But I would like to use the builder if possible.

I’ve tested the template via Mailchimp. Now is the mailing on a Iphone4 gmail very small in width. How can I change that? Iphone4 apple mail is correct.

Hi Yvonne, unfortunately Gmail does not support responsiveness (Media Queries). In their system on iPhone the Email looks normal without responsiveness like Apple mail. Thanks!

Hi there, Announce – 4x Responsive Email + Online Builder is an email template with inline CSS. You don’t have to install it on your server or something but you do need to use an email platform like MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Icontact etc to send the template to your customers / clients. Please read our documentation folder to show you how to use the template. Thanks.
The documentation i received just has a link back to your site. i’d like to install it on my own server. Can i not install it on my own site?

Hi, you can install the HTML / images or your server. The Online Builder is hosted on our server and is not included in the purchase of our products. This is mentioned in the item description. Thank you for your understanding.
This product is pointless then, every broadcast email service already has it’s on tempate builder. It’s not lost to me that NOW it says it in the product description ( i have screenshots from when i purchased where it did NOT) Please just refund my money. Thank you for your time.
