Each responsive layout available on certain screen resolution like show on live preview. For screens less than 1300px you can see responsive layout for laptops. The main sidebar (vertical) always 300px or wider. The horizontal sidebars might be reduced depends of available space.

hI iam having trouble with the mens mag theme – text blurb that is displayed for the posts in the Main NAV menu bar – the large dropdown box that displays a few post thumbnails and the text blurb animates in.
The text blurbs “Lorem Ipsum” is being displayed even though i do not have any “Lorem Ipsum” text on that related post?
How can i have this display my post text and not display the “Lorem Ipsum” dummy text which i have no idea where its coming from.

The div tag is very common element so you should use a CSS-id or CSS-class for selecting certain elements. Which element you need to select for using a secondary font? Screenshot will be appreciated.

I have tested some portable versions of browsers and they all don´t open menu dropdowns, just parent items.
Maybe, you can make the menu a little more compatibel. Most other mega menus (like Mega Main, Uber) work great
I’ve tested the live-preview with Chrome portable browser. That works fine with that.

I installed the theme following the tutorial, then followed the “mens” install guide. I input all the dummy content like mentioned but when trying to select the frontpage display, there is no Frontpage V2, only frontpage. My homepage now has no sidebar when selecting frontpage. Please help!
I did not activate bbpress, buddypress or woocomerce at this time. Not sure if that makes a difference as I wasn’t needing them.
NVM – I figured it out. Don’t have a V2 version but found where I can add the sidebar back in. Thank you, theme is beautiful, just trying to find my way around everything still

Hi, I have 2 issues with setting up ads on my site: 1. You mention a ST Adsense widget in your manual. I can’t find it, it doesn’t come with the theme I bought. 2. In the post there are two rectangles prepared for ad units, next to the title and under the post. How do I insert ads there? And in case I don’t want ads there, how do I remove the rectangles?

1. You need to enable AdSense option on Theme Panel > Misc > AdSense tab and and paste your AdSense client ID – http://strictthemes.com/manuals/how-to-add-responsive-adsense-to-wordpress-site-based-on-theme-created-by-strictthemes/
2. You can drop some ad code on Below title, Above article, or Below article textareas at Theme Panel > Post tab – http://dl1.joxi.net/drive/0012/0377/807289/151121/ff0c7055d5.jpg – If you don’t need just disable this.

The concept of layout do not requires a page builder, so I didn’t use that. A page builder assumes a pre-made blocks (elements), thus if it comes with by default, then you can use that with any theme. By default the Shockmag do not comes with page builder.

Suggestion for Theme Updates
1. DEFAULT WEBSITE LAYOUT OPTION: Theme does not come with default layout setting option. There should be option to set default layout for whole website. Currently, we have only option to change sidebars from each post or page. It should be in the theme panel. You have provided layout for footer, but not provided for theme according to sidebars.
