Not that we are aware of. It is not available by the developers design. I will bring this thread to the developers attention and if he decides to implement the suggestion you will see in one of the next updates.
However if you see no further information on this here or in a future update release overview of what has been added. adjusted or fixed, then he has decided against.

Dear RT-Theme 19 Support, 1) Is it possible to add extra html code to the theme, or to modify the existing html code in the wp-content files using NotePad++ for instance? 2) Is it possible to change rectangular boxes into rounded boxes (containing an image like in RT Theme 18) using your theme customizer, or can I directly modify the css style sheets? 3) Is it possible to add any hover style on any object? I mean, can I apply a particular hover action on an image in a page, like it is the case with RT Theme 18? Actually, I strongly hesitate between purchasing RT Theme 18 and RT Theme 19. 1) If you know coding anything is possible.
2) It depends on the boxes. But if they can be targetted by css then it should be possible. It is not clear what boxes you are refering to.
3) No that is not easily done as rt19 is a complete different framework and design and coding
Rt19 has the visual composer as a design toolkit, rt18 has its own template builder. These are two complete different things. Personally if you ask me is the template builder easier, but from a developer perspective rt19 has more abilties and is easier to use in relation to 3rd party plugins

I bought many of your themes and I am thinking to buy RT-Theme 19 too. I have some presale questions. 1.) Is it possible to place a Megamenu (submenus) like in Rt-Theme 18?... if yes, is it possible to place photos in MegaMenu? 2.) Is it possible to build a horizontal header with a header horizontal image (1120×100 for example) with different image in each page. 3.) Does the theme include the Rt-Theme 18 template builder or is it a new Template builder? (I know Drag and Drop page builder and I prefer the template builder from the rt-theme 18). 4.) Can I create a simple gallery inside posts as in Rt-Theme 18? 5.) Is it possible to place a Youtube vídeo or only Vimeo as in the demo. 6.) I need a calendar or event plugin. 1) You can add the ubermenu plugin http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/rt-theme-19-ubermenu-tutorial/ (not included in the theme package, but needs to be bought separately).
2) Yes you can following this tutorial and change the sub header area. http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/tutorial-sub-header-text-area/ into a text area and add any (short)code of your desire. But you can set a image also in that area per page in the row options. Rephrase your question if that is not what you are after.

4) There is a image gallery shortcode you can add to any page or post. The theme also supports the default wp post formats.

6) Unfortunately I cant recomment you any as we never tested such plugin

We have an existing website on RT Theme 16 and need to make it responsive. If we purchase one of your new responsive themes will the portfolio items migrate to the new theme or will we need to add all of the portfolio items in again?

The new themes have different code as we have a new framework. You probably will have to reattach all images again. I cant garantee a 100% flawless conversion.

I am publishing a product with the product showcase, after finished, when I click the “publish tab”, the webpage appears “error 500”, and then I could not login to wordpress back end.
After a lot of search, I found this maybe caused by “rt-theme 19 Extension Plugin”, because after deactivate the plugin, then I can login to the wordpress back end, once activated, the problem happens again. But without this plugin, the whole theme could not work, could you please help me check this?

error 500 are server related not theme related. You probably have a conflict with another plugin.
In order to resolve the issue I want to ask you to check all steps below as one might be causing the problem you are expiencing. This will speed up the process of resolving the problem and or narrow it down to the actual cause.
1) Make sure you have a complete backup of your current wordpress install and database. Your hosting CPanel or admin area will probably have a option to create such.
2) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You can check that at themeforest at the account you bought the theme with. If you are using the latest build please try to download the latest version again and re-upload the theme by usage of ftp upload overwriting the one that is in there to rule out any wrong theme code.
3) Undo all hardcoded theme adjustments (php, html, or css)
4) Remove any (manually) added (java) scripts in the theme settings, theme core files or widget area’s
5) Turn off the child-theme
6) Turn off minify and/or cache plugins
7) Turn off all your plugins (except the ones coming with the theme) and see if the issue resolves.
8 ) Check if the issue occurs in all browsers and if possible on mac or windows and on another pc.
9) Check if the issue also occurs in the default wordpress theme when its a plugin related issue.
10) Check the server error logs on serious messages and or contact your hoster to check that for you.

Thanks for your kind reply. However, the problem has not been solved yet.
1) I’m using the latest version, re-upload the theme and reinstall the “RT19 Extension Plugin”, still appears 500 error. I could activate all the plugins, no problem, the wordpress back end works well, but once the “RT19 Extension Plugin” was activated, then the problem comes again.
2) I changed the theme into wordpress default theme, and activate the “RT19 Extension Plugin”, then same problem appears.
3)The front page works well before, even the wordpress back end meets 500 error. But now the product showcase does not show any product.

And also when i am using contact info widget…and i am changing the appearance of the widget from widget settings….example…contact info widget inbuilt setting like colour size of icons & difference between the lines but nothing working?

A few Pre-sale questions: 1. Can we show a carousel with related products at the bottom of each product page like RT-18? 2. As above, are related products automatically selected within the same category or it needs to be assigned individually? 3. For the order inquiry form, it’s a plugin (eg contact form 7) or it’s included in the theme? 4. As above, the current form is lacking of options. Can i include other plugins (such as FormCraft from Code Canyon) to replace the demo form? Will it be compatible? 5. Instead of left header menu, can it be shift to top header menu? 6. Can the price of products be hidden? 7. Can the fields such as comments, store locations inside the product page be hidden? 8. Are the demos available to be uploaded?

But it is same with RT-18 for WooCommerce products http://rttheme19.rtthemes.com/shop/brown-stylish-mens-belts/
2 ) They needs to be selected individually for product showcase
3 ) The theme has its own basic contact form plugin but also supports Contact Form 7 plugin as well as Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms plugins with the very same design.
4 ) I am not familiar with the form plugin but it should work however i can not guarantee the same look like the supported plugins ( mentioned in answer 3 )
5 ) Sure you can start with any of those designs http://rt19demos.rtthemes.com/ then if you want to customize your design you do it by using the theme customizer. It is a very capable one!
6 ) If you don’t enter a price for the product it will not be displayed.
7 ) Sure, they all optional. Also, you can use another content instead of them.
8 ) Sure, you’ll find a “One Click Installer” inside the theme options that will help you to install the demo contents easily.

When the mouse is placed on “Medical Website Design” title in the “What We Do” section on the body of the page, it opens up to reveal the hidden texts. We have a different version of that accordion/animated content. Check the “Features You’ll Love!” section on this page http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/home-page-2/ you can use icons instead of the numbers before the titles. Also there is an alternative of this content effect comes with visual composer plugin (the plugin comes with the theme package without an extra cost)

Hi, just a small issue the Pinterester social icon is something wrong, it displays after import demo content 11, but nothing is in it’s link url.
To remove it, have to fill out something > save, and delete it > save.
