Hi,
there is an issue with the homepage website, it doesn’t work properly. If I set your BLOGY theme as default it doesn’t charge the homepage (nor other pages) but if I switch to Wordpress default theme it works again.
Unfortunately it’s not the first time and I’m bored.
Could you help me? I feel like I burned my money and waste my time to fix something that doesn’t work?

The problem is very simple:
- with BLOGYUp theme (yuor WP theme I purchased) my website doesn’t work
- with other themes (also with WP default) it works properly

I don’t want to waste more money, the problem is that your theme doesn’t work even if I reinstall again and again; also your last update was one year and half ago.
It’s not a nice day when you waste money on not working theme. 
You writed a lot but doesn’t mention about your problem. The theme working well, i don’t see any problem. If you give error message or some explanation about your problem maybe i fix the issue if the issue comes from the blogyup.
The error is in the loading of the pages as a plugin, it is not possible to view even one online. The same problem is not encountered with other topics. If you want the reports tell me how to do it and get them to you.
CAN YOU PROVE that your theme works with the compatibility of the latest wordpress version? We are at the version WordPress. 5.2.1, your latest updated version is WordPress 4.9.x.

I updated WordPress and it works well as i mentioned before. This problem might be related with your installed plugin or server related issue.

We’re not supporting this style. The easing effect is prevent this feature. If you know html and jquery firstly cancel this feature after that make fixed menu always.

Theme loading time is 7-9s. Did you see any problem? You can use cache plugins we’re not using on demo site.
