Theme is great! When I download the theme I see a folders named Seven, Seven 2, and Seven-Child?
Hi,
We don’t see any purchase badge and all enquiries must be placed with the account that bought the theme. Please log in with the correct account and contact us again.
Cheers!
I’ve purchased the theme 3 times for different sites, how do we get the purchase symbol to show up? I’m also adding my question though a ticket. Thanks!
Hi,
You need to login with the purchaser account and place your enquiries after being logged in. We’re sorry, but all purchases need to be validated. Thanks!
Ok, I’ve contacted ThemeForest and asked them to fix the badge issue. I’ve also added this as a ticket in your support system. Any chance to you respond to the asap? After all I did just recommend your product, and would like to find out the your support is reliable before many making another recommendation to use your product.
There seems to be some confusion here. We don’t have any support system. Thanks!

Hi,
Thank you for purchasing!
Please try adding this code under Theme Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS:#prk_menu_trigger{visibility:hidden;}
Cheers!

You are welcome
Hello, I love the theme! The only problem I am having is it won’t let me delete any elements off the sample pages or even elements once they are added on the pages I create myself? I press the trashcan icon and nothing is happening. Any suggestions?

Hello, Seven is a great theme but can you help with the navigation bar on mobile? http://www.blog.papa-poule.com/ The button for mobile isn’t displaying. Thanks for your help. TS
Hi,
Thank you for purchasing!
Please make sure that you are using the latest theme and bundled plugins versions (you have version 1.8 and the latest is 2.0). If you still have trouble send us a private message (contact form on this page http://themeforest.net/user/pirenko ) with the WP login details so that we can analyze this situation (but the problem that you have is that you have a white button on a white background which is related with the theme options).

Hi, It works now. Thank you for your help. Cheers
Ok, great
Hi. Does it work with Visual Composer? Will it work with an Events plugin? Can I keep some widgets/sections fixed in the homepage? Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for reaching us! The theme already includes a tailored version of Visual Composer and at this moment there are no known issues with any Events Plugin.
As for widgets you can add them to any page using the Visual Composer Sidebar page element.
Cheers!
Hi there,
I like the look of the theme, was wondering how compatible it is with qtranslate? I would like to use two or three languages with the site, does the free plugin work our of the box?
Thanks,
Adam
Hi,
Thank you for reaching us! That plugin is working with other of our themes and you should be all right with it on this one too. Let us know if you buy the theme and have some trouble with it (we’ll fix any compatibility issues if they appear).
Cheers!
Fantastic! If you are available to offer full support on that plugin, I’ll buy the theme and get started right away! Please give me the link to your support page to get in contact.

Hi Pirenko!
I am enjoying the theme. I am wondering, can I change the color of the font in blog posts without going into CSS? I have never worked with CSS.
Thank you!
Daniel
Hi,
Thank your purchasing! Try adding this custom CSS to the theme Options:#single_post_content{color:#CCCCCC;}
If you need to change the text color elsewhere please send us a private message with a link.

I need to add a few custom classes to my CSS to add drop shadows to some of the fonts throughout the site. Where do I do this so that I can reference the Extra Class Name in the Style Title Settings within the Visual Composer page editor?
Hi,
Thank you for purchasing! You can add your custom CSS under Seven Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS.
Cheers!
How do I change the size of the logo display? I have uploaded a file that is 250px wide by 50px high but the site is scaling it down to 173.5px by 35px. I can’t see where I need to go to fix this. I have looked through the CSS in Chrome’s Inspect Element but I’m just not seeing how or where I reduce the padding or margin that is causing this issue. I would prefer to do this through the mangement console of WP theme options but can force it via CSS if I just knew where to go.
Hi,
The theme will scale down the logo to half size only if it is the Retina Logo option. If you think that there’s a bug with the theme please send us a private message with the WP login details for a quick check.
Cheers!
Where do I go to change the background color behind the logo at the top of the page. It’s currently black and I would like to change it to purple.
Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for purchasing! You should be able to do that under Seven Options>Navigation>Menu bar background color.
Cheers!
Yes sir. Thank you
I’m finding that its MUCH easier to edit things in Seven Options than it is to customize the theme through the theme editor. Thanks for the tip.
When customizing the Theme, the Branding options never load. I just get a blank side panel. I need to change the site logo. Any suggestions?
Well this is very strange. Now the Branding is totally missing from theme options. I actually see it on the screen for a split second if I reload the page but then it disappears. Confused.
Disregard. I found it under Seven Options. I was looking for it in the Theme Customizations.
Ok, great!
Just bought the Seven theme and I LOVE it! Quick question, how do I get the top navigation menu to display the pages and dropdowns the way you’ve done in your demo (http://www.pirenko.com/seven/homepage-blog/)? I’m just getting the three lines stacked on top of each other in the upper right corner. I don’t want to require people to have to click that to see the page links. Thanks!
Disregard this request. I figured out that the demo data loaded too menu options and the menu was condensing. Nice feature! Very cool
Ok, cheers!

Hi,
In English please… We don’t understand what you are saying. Cheers
Hi. This is the best pattern that I’ve seen on the Internet. Already I buy it . I thought you know in Russian transliteration . Thank you.
Hello again,
Thank you for purchasing
Can you help me load my own fonts into the template?
Hi, yes, sure… Let us know if you buy the theme and need help with that. Cheers!

Icon list of available icons?
Hi there, Thank you for the great theme. It is a blast to work with it. I just have one doubt. I wanted to change the icons of the “numbers counter” at the home/index page. But I wonder which icons are available? I thought I can use font awesome but was not working. Can you tell me which icons I can use with this theme?
thanks, Oliver
never mind
I did not see the link… I must have been blind!
Ok, cheers!
Is it possible to remove “View All” from the Blog Masonry & Grid category filter? If so, how?
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, that is possible by adding a line of CSS to the theme options. Let us know if you buy the theme and we’ll help you.
Cheers!
Hi there! Considering buying a copy of this theme. Just wondering a couple things… Is the pro-loader image customizable (can I use a different gif, or disable it altogether)?
Is the smooth scrolling an option that can be disabled?
Thanks!
H npierno,
Thank you for reaching us! The preloader can be customized with the Theme Options (using a gif file is possible).
The smooth scrolling can’t be disabled with the Theme Options, but it only requires changing one line of code to turn it off. We can help you doing this or make it an option if you prefer.
Cheers!
Hi Pirenko!
My name is Daniel, and I am considering buying this theme. I really like it.
Can you tell me, will I be able to manage the theme using Visual Composer and other built-in management tools? I am not a technical person, and so I will not be able to do anything with CSS, etc. I can tell that you are very helpful in the comments, but I want to avoid modifying the code, creating child themes, etc. (even with your help).
If you believe that your theme is manageable for a non-technical person, I will take your word and buy it!
Thank you,
Daniel
Hi Daniel, thank you for your interest and kind comments! If you don’t need to change something big on the theme you will be able to manage it for sure. Let me know if you buy the theme and need help setting up something. Cheers!
Hi Pirenko!
I bought the theme.
I’m sure I’ll have questions.
Thank you!
Daniel
Thank you for purchasing
Hello,
I’m very interested in buying your theme, it has all the features I am looking for so a big thumbs up. Before I do that though, I would like to ask you a few things: regarding the members page, is it customizable in the front-end (basically giving the reader the ability to create his own author’s page the in the front-end) or only the backend? I would like to use it in a sort of blogging platform – with the readers becoming bloggers – that’s why I’m asking. It is a pity Visual Composer isn’t more customizable (giving the subscriber the ability to work with this wonderful plugin in the front-end without accessing the backend or restricting it to only the users’ post and so on) it would have been perfect from me to use both your theme and VC. And if I decide to install sth like WP Frontend, will I encounter problems? Is it compatible with the theme?
Thanks you and I’m looking forward to your response.
Kind regards, Florian
Hi,
Thank you for your kind comments! What do you mean exactly with members page? Please go here http://www.pirenko.com/seven_land/ and navigate to that page. Send us a link.
Cheers!
This kind of page http://www.pirenko.com/seven/author/mustafa/ for example. You also mention it in the theme description: “the theme offers also a complete members section with single pages for each person. Different teams can be created so unlimited teams pages can be set.” I imagine this description is related to the link above right?
Hi,
Well that is an Author (WordPress User) page which is different from a Team Member (Custom Post Type). But on this theme we haven’t included the Team Member so we just removed that wrong text from the description (thank you for reporting this).
Still, if you want we can add the Team Member Custom Post Type to the theme. Also, all the Author page content comes from when you are editing a user (I don’t know if this is good enough for you).
Cheers!
Ok thanks for the quick responses. I will have to do some further research to better understand what I need to do and if I can do it of course – I’m not an experienced programmer/web designer by any means but I know my way around the code and I can identify basic elements and so on. If I embark in this journey, I would like the UX to be as pleasing and interactive as possible without requiring WP knowledge and accessing the back-end. Anyway this theme is as close as it can get by my standards – it has a beautiful design, I love and author page and the post format, I would add a fade in effect for the content as you read if I were to edit it but I think I could handle this part. Will buy it if I believe I’m up for the job
Thanks again
Hi,
Ok, thank you for your feedback! Let us know if you need help locating something. Cheers
Hello,
One more question: is the theme buddypress-friendly meaning would I encounter any problems if I install buddypress and its plug-ins? How would Buddypress blend in with the general theme? I imagine I would have to do some editing to optimize it but will it be tedious work?
Thanks
We don’t have any known compatibility issues with Buddypress so you should be ok with it. Cheers!
