Looking through the comments I see that at one point there was no builder for the back end…and then a later comment about Visual Composer being the builder; is there a builder now packaged with this or not please?

No, page builder isn’t shipped with Satellite 7 theme, only Layer Slider plugin.

BUYER BEWARE – really poor support. I entered a ticket in the Ticksy forum and it has been taking weeks to get a simple issue resolved. The issue is just to turn off AJAX on one page, which is something the theme and documentation says is possible but I have not gotten a straight answer on how to do this. The support team keeps coming back with generic responses that do not solve my issue such as “check with your hosting provider.” The issue is clearly with the theme, not the web host or any other variable. They are just too lazy to admit there is a bug or they don’t know what they’re talking about. I am a web designer and have been using themes on this marketplace for many years, have never been so unsatisfied with the timing and quality of responses from a theme author before.

If we understood you properly, you wan’t to have page where users can leave some kind of information? If so, you can enable comments on that particular page (standard WP feature) or use some third party plugin.

Based on your request that you need completely new text next to the logo which has different HTML container depending if it’s home or inner page, yes, it has to be custom coded in php, as it’s custom request.

I think your theme has so much potential for me if I can just get past the learning curve.
1. I figured out how to do the full width parallax, but would like to keep the content boxed like in your demo at http://tinyurl.com/qbq4q8f. Currently I have boxed turned off in the settings.
2. My text is losing all it spacing that you can see at http://36f.0a3.myftpupload.com/ This also shows how content is going full width. I want to keep the main images and parallax full but content boxed like on your demo.
3. I would like to duplicate the highlighted 4 page areas like your demo at http://tinyurl.com/qbq4q8f. Is this accomplished with just adding 4 columns
4. Is there any tutorial that walks you through a set up? Something beyond the menu of items?
5. I see list of short codes and icons. Is there any explanation somewhere that explains what they all do? Some are obvious, some I have not seen before.

The pages are overflowing with pubs?This has happened to me on your template “Central”, but I had the option in reading that allowed me to disable the like, and I could find my site clear.
