I have just sent this to Envato Marketplace.
“The Way” theme by Vergatheme has a lot of bugs. I purchased it 2 days ago and have spent hours dealing with bugs and errors. The author has not attempted to fix the errors.
All he does is install it again with an outdated builder plugin that breaks the site when updated.
This is a very low quality product. Please issue a refund and remove this author from your store. It is damaging your good reputation. I will tell my client to choose another theme.

I want to ask a refund for “The Way” theme. I never had so many bugs and errors on a theme purchased at Themeforest.
You cannot sell something that does not work!
I had to deliver the website today and the demo is broken again. Please inform Themeforest to issue the refund.

The website is gone again. It only worked for 2 hours after the author fixed the error.
All I did was update the plugin “Aqua Page Builder”... which apparently had an error and it is all gone.

Another issue: I cannot get the front page to show the home page. It still shows the blog page even though I changed it in the theme customization. After saving it reverts back to showing the blog.

ATTENTION to potential buyers: “vergatheme” products have a lot of bugs, do not work properly and support does not exist (other than a guy that replies after 18 hours saying that his products work). This is not support!
It is just a waste of time and money. KEEP AWAY from this author!

Hello. Thank you for the theme. I am enjoying it so far. I have few questions regarding some design changes. As of right now there are two changes that I would like to make to the design but I have not discovered how to make the adjustments myself.
1) I would like to remove the shadow from the “Highlighted” words on the home page slider.
2) I would like to change the background color for the “call to action” on the page builder. Currently it is a brownish color and I would like it to be grey.
Please advise if these are adjustments that I can make and if so How I go about editing them.
Also, I tried adding some new pages via the page builder and was not successful having them show up on the “live” site.

Hi there! Liking the theme very much! Somehow though I can’t manage to edit the sliders properly. I want a very simple revolution slider on top (picked that with the page builder and it displays fine) which then only changes text. Where can I edit all the slide properties like position of text, display time, etc?
Additionally to that, I’d like to change/remove the overlaying texture of the Slider and edit the headline fonts, haven’t found a function for that. Thank you for your help in advance!

I am having a couple of issues with my site with the theme. Couple of things:
1.) I cannot get the front page to link to my home page. It still links to the blog page. I tried changing the settings, but it’s not being accepted when I try to save it.
2.) The one page function is not working properly. When I click on a page, it gives me a 404 Error page. Before it was halfway working. The pages would work, but it would jump from page to page when clicking, instead of the smooth scroll effect.

Hello. Thank you for such a wonderful theme. I have a couple of quick support questions I’m hoping you can help me with.
1.) How do I link the pages on my site to ensure it is a one page site? And once they are linked, where would I get the page ID from to include in the page builder? Is the ID the name of the page, or an actual ID code? Please advise.
2.) How would I make sure the images on the portfolio page shuffles as it does on the demo version of the theme?
3.) Can you provide me with the HTML code to add the address, phone number and email icons to the contact page?
