We can’t seem to get the builder to load. It’s not working in any browser and we’ve tried two different computers. Can you help? We have an email that has to go out on Monday and need to test it. It won’t accept any upload codes.

Hi, I am facing a problem where my newsletter even without pasting my own content is getting snipped in gmail. This is affecting the read rate of our newsletter. How may I go about fixing this?

The email will automatically clipped in Gmail when the size bigger then 102Kb. Which email platform are you using to send the newsletter? Could you please send us an email to support@dynamicxx.com so we can have a closer look at this. Thank you!
Hi team ! Your builder is nice and I purchased it. Unfortunately, I find that many options are missing (or perhaps explications are too light) :
- How to put anchors in modules or texts (for nav links) ?
- How to define spaces between modules ? Directly in CSS ? :/
- Online builder is not very fluid (seems better on Chrome than Firefox)...
- Where to define the language ? Directly in HTML ? (I just made a test and i have no French accents…)
- More modules, more modules please !

To answer your questions on TF:
- You need to put Anchors in the exported HTML file.
You can add links by clicking on the link icon.
- At this moment you need define space directly in the CSS. We used tables with a height=“example”. You can change this with any height you want.
- Maybe it is. Perhaps you can use the Builder in Chrome? We’ll check this soon.
- This is a very good idea to update in our next version! We’ll make sure to have the possibility to add uni codes in our next update.

We’re currently working on a big update. With this update you can login and create / save as many templates as you want in your account and there won’t be any issues anymore. Maybe for now it’s useful to create the template with the builder, export the layout and upload it in a mail program where you save the work like MailChimp for example.

Our banner images are not displaying in a number of versions of Microsoft Outlook, they look great in gmail, apple mail, mobile etc. What is the conflict?
Also, our link colors are turning the default blue color in a number of versions of Microsoft Outlook even though they are set to white and look perfectly in the other mail clients. Conflict there as well? Is there an email address I can send the test to?

Hi, Great builder. Few problem. Tried to send the email as a test to my personal email via mailchimp however it was not full width, any idea how can that be fixed?
Also, how can I get to make the newsletter (Your email address) box work? I can’t type inside the box for me to sign up. So if I send this to someone, how can they actually type their email address in it?

About your other question “Your email address” this is a trigger with an URL link. When people click on this it will direct to your website for example. Thanks!

Hi. I purchased this theme back in October but I haven’t done anything with it yet. When I use the builder and try to export my finished work it tells me I have to purchase the product.
I can download the source files and edit them myself, but I thought I would be able to use the builder too.

Hi there, thank you for your comment. It’s updated in the builder, if you refresh it you’ll see in the Styles “Percentage” to change the colour of the percentage. You can also send send us your exported file so we can change it manually in the code. Thanks!

Hello, I am interested in buying your email template. I just need to make something clear:
1) The css are inline. Correct. So I guess there are some css rules in the top of the html both for desktop and mobile version.
2) The Builder works online, on your server. What about the images included in my newsletter? I assume that I have to upload them in my server and us my url path. Correct?

1) Yes CSS is inline and there are css rules at the top of the code. Both for desktop and mobile (media queries).
2) Yes the builder is hosted on our server. If you make changes on the builder and export it, it will export the html file + an images folder. You have to host those images on your server and replace url path.
If you purchase the product a documentation folder is included which explain you how to work with our products / builder.

Do I build it online (via the live preview) and then ‘export’? In this case I just arrive at the pay again page.

Hi there, thank you for purchasing Breathe. In the download folder you’ll see a folder called Builder. Click on it and open the Purchase Link.txt to copy paste the purchase URL link of Breathe. Hi there, thank you for your comment. Outlook breaks appear between images and blocks a lot of HTML controls from displaying them in messages. There’re several tutorials on the web and Youtube to send HTML templates from Outlook 2013 but we really advise you to use a 3rd-party HTML editor like MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Icontact, Constant Contact, Aweber, Silverpop etc. to send your messages so you’ll be safe about how your customers receive the newsletter in their inbox.
