I am attempting to use the html\builder.html file to demo changes. I am running it from my local file system after extracting the zipped archive I purchased. Clicking the layout options does nothing. I have used IE, Firefox and Chrome with no success.

Dear Aqvatarius, where can i find styles.css to install this theme? As we use CMS Bitrix and it needs proper file styless.css. Maybe there is some special folder to install it? Because I can understand which is right one.

You should use theme-default.css(or another theme) it’s in html/css folder.
less folder contains dev files(less etc.)
