It’s strange that Envato doesn’t let you include images. However, I have noticed that other authors use blurred images instead of images with numbers.

I will repeat that it makes the demo almost useless in terms of viewing it locally.

Well they all can have submenus like the main demo but they aren’t styled for each demo (so you’d want to add some styling perhaps). Most demos use a simple nav layout style. Next update should be later this week, thanks for your interest

By creating custom layouts, I mean literally creating custom layouts based on the main theme (just like the 150+ layouts, if they are actually derivative works from the main theme….)

Hello, yes all the shortcodes etc, can be used in all the demos. You’ll see how the different items are used throughout the different demos with different styling. In the next update we are going to create a global css file to move some items to to avoid confusion. Regarding custom layouts that really depends on your html and css level. All of the demos use the grid and shortcodes from the original demo with additional styling so you could either do the same for a completely custom site or what I would recommend is use a demo that is close to what you want to pick and choose sections from. From there you can edit as much as you desire! Thanks for your interest

Yes, it is actually tuned off by default in the download, you can choose to turn it on if you want to use it or leave it off (which it sounds like you would prefer). Thanks for your interest

Different demos use different header styles so they have the CSS for those menus listed. If you need help with a specific header style please start a post on our support forum: http://support.beantownthemes.com

There is no builder included, you would need at least basic HTML and CSS knowledge to edit the pages, thanks for your interest

Hello, I’m happy to hear that you like BeTheme HTML Original images are not included (licenses and ThemeForest don’t allow this), so placeholder images are used. Yes, the forms are working with validation (you can test this in the demos). Everything except the original images as mentioned are included.
