Im not able to configure the fonts I bought from MyFonts(font face). i followed their procedure perfectly and also contacted them regarding the issue. As per their suggestion I installed the fonts in another sub domain, and they are working perfectly. Is there a seperate way to upload and install myfonts into the theme and make them work? And I have also noticed that after some custom css editing, the fonts are working only on home page but not inner pages

Social share option is only available for post and portfolio not for pages, for that Go to Theme options > Social Share, Enable social share you want.

Hello, I just purchased your theme and it won’t let me install the plugins that came with it. It just keeps taking me to a “ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN” page that errors when I try to click to install from the “Mist Plugins” page. How do I go about getting all of these plugins so I can install them?

1) For vc section we have added padding:75px as a default spacing,
Please add the below css in your custom css file, to remove the default padding for all vc section,

padding: 0;
}
2) Go to Posts > Categories , Where you can exclude a category from the blog page.

Hi in normal blog don’t have an exclude option but in VC shortcode there is an option for exclude category and include category. Thank you

when will the complete demo file expected to be sent? i am so sorry but i needed it badly. ticket support has no reply for me in 2 days now. after an agonizing hours of determining the problem. the child theme once deactivated and use the main theme brings back the sub menu dropdown. the child theme doesn’t. and still no luck at showing the right pull menu contents. i am so lost.

Hello, I bought this theme, and liked it very much, but I do have 1 concern, I’ve installed this “MIST” theme including all required/recommended plugins, and I also increased the values for the followings to more then enough…
- max_execution_time
- memory_limit
- post_max_size
- upload_max_filesize
but still unable to import complete demo data (No images, no slider/slides, no pages ‘except 4-5’) I am trying to import demo data for “Classic”.
I tried to submit a ticket but it keep giving me an error that I forgot to provide my theme purchase code, while there isn’t any option to add my code… please provide me complete demo data including all the images, slider, slides and page in XML so that I can finish my job. Thanks

seems weird but in the mist plugins when activating show the not acceptable error using 4.4 but when activating in installed plugins via plugins button on left activates it with no error. anyway its working now maybe you could fix the issue.

hi i replied to the same ticket about the right menu not showing its contents though i made a right menu item but live site shows no menu or sub menus on it.
also please note that active header menu style has no dropdown of sub menu. thanks and good day
reverted back to 4.3 wordpress and still right menu has no content. furthermore same error experienced when activating plugins in mist but can activate via plugins. but the problem when going to install demo section it says.Installing a demo provides pages, posts, images, theme options, widgets and more. IMPORTANT: The required plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo.when all plugins are activated via plugins page. was the installation broken? was the demo theme broken?

It was due to ur server settings, in ur maximum size maybe low so check and fix that first
