About updating Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Disregard that update message if it appears again.

Hi, I sent a private email about this and here is more info. I love your theme. I recently used it for a client’s website and went live. It looks great on android devices, the ipad mini and iphones. But when you try to view it on an ipad, it just keeps loading and the website does not show up. Also, I viewed another clients website on an ipad where I used the Fount agency theme and it works but its an older version. Is there something with this newer version? I deactivated and activated plug-ins and it did not solve the problem. I will try it again but can you help? Thanks.

Thks. I got the email. But I am a novice coder. When I click the link you sent, it shows a bunch of code. Its not a document. How can I download it? Can I copy and paste it in a Word document and save it as a specific format? Sorry with all the questions.
I clicked the link, saved the js file and uploaded it into the Fount theme’s js folder. Nothing has changed. The website still wont load on an ipad. I still have the same problem. Did I do something wrong?

I did clear the cache and cookies. Im using an ipad 8.3 and the browser is mobicip.
We don’t have that browser and we can’t ensure compatibility with it. Can you try with Safari?

About the sidebar: you seem to have an element (div with the class clearfix) that is adding a margin just above the text (we don’t have this on our demo). 1.I have a problem with previous/next arrows at the top of portfolio pages. http://artclubstudio.ru/portfolios/proekt-zhiloj-dom-v-pokrovskom/ These arrows are “invisible”. Close button is on it’s place, but there is no left and right arrows. But, if I click on the “empty” area left or right to the close button (where should be left and right arrows) it starts to load a 404 error page “http://artclubstudio.ru/portfolios/proekt-zhiloj-dom-v-pokrovskom/undefined”. What is it? I don’t understand.2. When I click on the close button, my portfolio is closed and I get to the main page. But I have a multiple page site, and portfolios located in rtclubstudio.ru/portfolios/. So I need again open “Portfolio” in menu or find preview on the main page. What can I do to fix this? I want to load http://artclubstudio.ru/portfolios page when I close Portfolio.

Here are our comments:
1) For the arrows to be displayed you need to have at least a portfolio item with at least a common skill. This is because the theme searches for portfolio items with at least one skill in common. If you want to change this default behavior please send us a private message;
2) You need to make this a portfolio page http://artclubstudio.ru/portfolios/ (currently it is a default page). You can do this by selecting the appropriate page template on the right side panel;

On portfolio pages that option is not available. As a workaround please add this code under Fount Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS:#portfolio_single_page {max-width: 5000px;padding: 0px !important;}

I have one issue with the social icons on the portfolio pages. The links seem good and the animate as they should, but after you hovered them with your mouse, they change into the “featured color” that you set in the settings of the portfolio item itself. When the color is left empty, it behaves like it should.
Can you help me fix this?

Ive used your theme in the past and you could select a background image/color for a row. I cannot find the icon for this. Is there another way to do this?

I have, main menu item -> 1st sub ->2end and 3th sub items are not working. it seems the theme is not responsive for sub pages in the menu?

How can I add HTML to the bottom footer? It only allows text right now.

Thank you for purchasing! You should be able to add some HTML under Fount Options>Footer Tab>Under Footer Text. If you still have trouble, remove this Under Footer Text completely and create a special page that will be appended to the footer. After creating that page using Visual Composer, activate this append option under Fount Options>Footer Tab>Add special page content to footer.

Contact Form 7 plug-in short-code conflicts with this theme. Why?
What is the recommended alternative given that Contact Form 7 is highly functional and the contact form associated with this theme does not have an upgrade option? Or customization option?

Hi there! I’m using your theme for my portfolio website at MelodyLowe.com. I’m trying to use a filter for the portfolio, but when I click on one of the filter items/skills, there are items which I have labeled a certain skill that do not show. For example, I might have 15 items labeled with the “Blog Post” skill, but when I click on the filter of “Blog Post” on the site, only 2 show up. The other filters are also not pulling all the photos that should show. Appreciate your help!

Hi Melody, thank you for purchasing. The filter is only applied to the items that are visible. It will not load more posts… If you want to have a page that shows all the posts you can create a link to an archives page. Cheers!
Hey, thanks for your help! Sorry, I don’t quite understand. Maybe I didn’t explain so well! When I use filters, not all of the items that are listed in a specific filter show up. So basically, if I have a skill/filter named “Social Media”, and I click on “social media”, only 2 of the 10 portfolio items I assigned to that filter are showing up. Same thing happens on different skills. For some reason, it’s not pulling all of the items that are listed/assigned to that skill/filter. I can send you a couple screenshots if that will help explain! Thanks again!

We actually understand what you said and our explanation still stands. The important thing that you need to know is that the filter only applies to elements that are visible. So, if you click on “social media” and you only have 2 visible items those are the ones that are going to be shown. The theme will not load content that is not visible.

We reached out about the Fount theme not showing up on ipad / safari
A code was sent to us main-min.js code to be placed into the js folder. To fix the iPad issue please place the file below on the theme js folder. After that please refresh the page on iPad (clear browser cache if it does not get immediately). Here’s the file: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30570021/envato/fount/main-min.js This code broke our theme.We went into the back-end to see that all of our plug-ins were deactivated.
We removed the code, the theme came back up.
We reactivated the plug-ins and the them came back up with it’s features in place.
What do you think the issue with the code you were sending us is?
Do all the plug-ins have to be deactivated, then upload the main-min,js, then reactivate the code..
It broke our theme the other way around. Please be specific with instructions to use that code.
Also, CONTACT FORMS is there are reason why contact form 7 does not work? And is there a reason why the theme has no actual product for purchase developed? As in the contact form that it comes with does not have anything other than an ability to cc recipients?
Neither can we customize it?
What are the recommended contact form plug-ins to use for the site?
Contact form 7 turns the short-code into a button on the front end versus displaying a form.
