All of our local systems are up to date. We have run multiple themes and they all work fine. What are the steps to follow to request a refund we have already built a new theme since the purchased theme does not work?

Requested a refund, this theme has no forum posts, and doesnt work as described. Wasted hours trying to get it working… could have made a new one from scratch in this time. Not happy

Actually, no I can’t post there. I already tried to go through your support. It doesn’t work. You can’t register for an account and get sent the email. I’ve tried it from 2 different email accounts and nothing ever comes to confirm the account, therefore it won’t let an account be created, and in order to post you must have an “account”.
