Hello, I have purchased this theme and sent several emails through the support email, but have had no answer. I am having two issues. There seems to be a css override for the iframe dimensions forcing it into a full width. I need to be able to control the size of my iframe.

Also, in the mobile version the logo is too large and overlaps with the navigation block.

I launched this site several days ago hoping to hear from the support and now I am really up against it now.

Hi I’ve purchased Charm wordpress theme, and got 2 problems listed below.

1. There is no loading animation when scrolling down for more content.

2. The categories links don’t load images that haven’t been loaded under the ALL categories. You have to scroll down through the ALL categories, load all images, then the other categories links work, otherwise they appear empty.

Please help me figure it out. Kind Regards

I have already downloaded and installed the newest version of the theme, per the comment you left on a comment submitted after mine. Any chance I can get help on this? If I don’t get a response to this comment I am going to file a complaint with Envato directly. Thank you.

Hello I sent a support request a day or so ago and haven’t received a response. I am having an issue with the single portfolio pagination. When using the portfolio navigation arrows they aren’t circuling through all the portfolio items in the category. Doesn’t matter what portfolio item I click on. The right arrow goes to the same portfolio link and the left arrow goes to the beginning portfolio. Please help. We have a client that is focused on this. Thanks!

Hello there, I have recently noticed that the portfolio on the homepage of my site is just constantly loading the same four projects over and over again as you scroll down the page. Few comments on here about it but haven’y seen any solutions for it as of yet.

I see a few comments about adding search to the projects/portfolio, but I don’t see any direct responses here (sorry if I’ve overlooked).

Can you please explain how I can add the projects post type to the search function, and where I can add a search bar to the 2 or 3 column portfolio view since there is no sidebar?
