It happens also to me. I tested with ipad and it’s not working, also checked other sites made with your theme, same results: appy-gen.com, sdspyder.com, etc.
It seems that the original background image is not resized correctly on the ipad (it’s evident at capitoldestroyers.com, check it with a pc and with an ipad). Not found any solutions in forums. Any fixes? I would like to buy this theme (LandX), it is very attractive but for my business it must work on the ipad

In the live demo of LandX, with safari on Ipad air and Ipad air2 the image at the beginning of the page (the one in the background of the text “Get the Best Solution”) is not displayed and is substituted with a grey background. Is there a way to have that image displayed on ipad air and ipad air2? Thanks

Hi, just wanted to ask a technical question please. I am using the layout with the mailchimp form in the header and a background image.
I wanted to have just the background image behind the form – not with a dark or light overlay.
Can you tell me how to do this please – i.e. which css to alter?
You need to use css in Theme options > Custom css to hide overlay.

I am interested in getting your theme, but I have one question to ask.
I bought a theme from another developer, and have been having problems with them, as they were not able to fix my problems after numerous tries.
The problem they had was that my mobile site was not working like their demo site.
I just wanted to check with you if I were to purchase your theme, would I have the same problem? I basically like the way your theme looks, both on a desktop and on the mobile. Can you assure me that if I use the same page layout as your demo, that my site will look exactly like your demo page, and that I won’t have any layout issue?

Hi there, I purchased your theme yesterday and had a question. I am using it as a squeeze page and have set all that up but for the contact form on the squeeze page I want to use contact form 7 instead of Mailchimp. Is there a way to format the form exactly the same way as you have it formatted in your demo but using contact form 7?

Yes, we already added the shortcode for Contact Form 7, but the styling is not the same as when using the mailchimp form. Ok, great. A couple of issues remain: 1) It still seems to be displaying the fields horizontally rather than vertically. Can we fix that? 2) How do I add the title to the subscription form? It doesn’t seem to give that option on the Onepage Form Settings for Contact Form 7 like the Mailchimp option does.

No worries. The styling is great now. It’s a subscription form. But we’re not getting the notifications when people enter their name and email. (we tested it out.)

Mailchimp works, but we want to use the Contact Form 7 for the subscription form. We are not receiving email notifications when people fill out the Contact Form 7. How do we resolve this?

VERY POOR PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE SUPPORT! Several weeks have past now and the Video Banner still does not work on all browsers. Every time the Themeperch sends me an email to say they are working on a fix but they do not do anything. This product is NOT compatible on all browsers and DOES NOT WORK on many mobile devices.
We do not find any scripts, that is working on safari. If you have any example link, work on safari browser let me know. We are checking several scripts to play video on safari, ios browser, still no luck 
This is not an acceptable response. My customer is complaining that your Video Header does not work on Safari and on Iphones. You specifically stated this theme is compatible with Safari, IE and Firefox. I will contact Envato and tell them you are giving out false information and incorrect advertising

Hi, thanks for reply but under one page settings-> header I got only Header style or Header Background image. I’m in the wrong section?
How do I reduce the white space below the header menu and below the revolution slider? Currently the backround image is there not the white space but its the same area I am trying to reduce. I try removing the backround image and select the light backround option but it automatically keeps adding itself back and displaying.
